Tea Polyphenols(TP),a extract of tea,can be applied to animal feed.As a feed additive,it has antioxidant and other beneficial effects on the healthy production of animals.However,its taste is bitter,and It may have an impact on the eating preference of pigs.Sweeteners(SW)contain sweet additives,including licorice extract and neotame.Adding to livestock feed can increase the palatability of livestock.Simultaneously adding tea polyphenols may reduce its bitterness and increase Food intake,improve production performance.The addition of flaxseed oil to animal feed can increase the n-3 fatty acid content in the carcass product to increase nutritional value.It can be used to develop functional meat fat products,as well as to improve their own health and enhance immunity.However,the polyunsaturated fatty acids are easily oxidized,the addition of antioxidants such as tea polyphenols may help increase its effectiveness.Therefore,the purpose of this experiment is to study the effect of adding flaxseed oil and tea polyphenol sweeteners to the diet of pigs,and to jointly provide the scientific basis for the application of the two in pig feed.The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of flaxseed oil and tea polyphenol sweeteners on growth performance,blood and meat biochemical parameters,and slaughter indicators.The entire trial was divided into feeding trials and slaughter trials.Forty-five 50-60 kilograms of white sows were selected for the feeding experiment.Forty-five pigs weighing 50-60 kilograms were selected for the slaughter test.Both trials were randomly divided into four groups based on the principle of similarity in gender,age,weight,and health,with 10 replicates in each group and 10 pigs in each replicate.The treatment groups were: control group(common finishing pigs),tea polyphenol sweeteners(controls + tea polyphenols(400 g/ton)& sweeteners(200 g/ton)),flax oil group(Added 2% flaxseed oil)and flax oil tea polyphenol sweeteners(flax oil 2% + tea polyphenols(400g/ton)& sweeteners(200g/ton).Test period was 49 days and 35 days,respectively.The results showed that:(1)The co-addition group can significantly increase the average body weight of 7d and ADG and ADFI of 22-28 days of White Sows(P<0.05).Adding flaxseed oil alone could significantly increase the average weight of 7D,14 d,21d,35 d,42d and 49 d,1-7d and 1-49 d ADG,1-7d,8-14 d,15-21 d,and 1-49 d ADFI(P<0.01).Significantly increased the average weight of 28 d,8-14 d,15-21 d and 36-42 d ADG(P<0.05).The effects of the co-addition group on ADG,ADFI and F/G were not significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the effects of flaxseed oil on ADG,ADFI and F/G(P>0.05),but there was a trend to increase ADG and ADFI.(2)The co-addition group could significantly increase the serum BUN content in the sera of the sow,and also increase GSH-PX?CAT?SOD?T-AOC,and decrease MDA(P<0.05),but the difference no significant between them(P>0.05).When flaxseed oil was added separately,the serum ALB content of the sow was significantly increased(P<0.01),and the content of GSH-PX,CAT,SOD and T-AOC in the serum of sows was significantly increased by the addition of tea polyphenol sweeteners(P<0.01).The common add group also significantly increased the content of SOD and GSH-PX in large white pig(P<0.05).Adding tea polyphenols and sweeteners alone can significantly increase the content of SOD and T-AOC(P<0.01),and significantly increase the CAT content(P<0.05).(3)The co-addition group could significantly increase the content of C18:3n-3,MUFA,n-3 FA and n-6/n-3 ratio in the serum of sow(P<0.01),and significantly increase the content of PUFA(P<0.05).Adding tea polyphenols and sweeteners alone can significantly increase the content of C18:3n-3 and n-3 FA and reduce the n-6/n-3 ratio(P<0.01).When flaxseed oil was added separately,the content of C18:3n-3,C20:4,EPA,DPA,MUFA,PUFA,n-3 FA and n-6/n-3 ratio(P<0.01)were significantly increased,and the content of SFA and USF was significantly increased(P<0.05).The co-addition group could significantly increase the content of SFA and USF in the meat quality of big white castration(P<0.05).When the tea polyphenol sweeteners were added separately,the content of DHA could be significantly increased(P<0.05).When flaxseed oil was added separately,the content of C18:3n-3,EPA,DPA,PUFA and n-3 FA could be significantly increased and the n-6/n-3 ratio was reduced(P<0.01).the content of MUFA was significantly increased(P<0.05).(4)The co-addition group significantly increased the area of eye muscle(P<0.05).Adding tea polyphenols and sweeteners alone can significantly reduce the drip loss(P<0.05)of pork.There was no significant difference in carcass weight,butchering rate,back fat thickness,carcass length and eye muscle area between them(P<0.05).To sum up,adding flaxseed oil and tea polyphenol sweeteners in the feed can increase the growth performance of pigs,improve the antioxidant capacity of pigs,increase the content of fatty acids in the body and improve the quality of pork.
