Because of preserve permanently of culm color and excellent processing property, Phyllostachys nigra is widely used to product bamboo products. The experiment provided chemical composition analysis to three variation types of Phyllostachys nigra whice were intercepted about 1 year, 3 years and 5years and divided into upper part,middle part and lower part respectively. Search the rational cutting typs of Phyllostachys nigra for processing and chemical utilization. Through different extracted conditions to determine the best extracted methods of Phyllostachys nigra pigment, Study physicochemical and chemical properties as well as structure of the pigment to provide some scientific basis for the stability mechanism of Phyllostachys nigra colorand and provide a new way for useing of Phyllostachys nigra rod epidermal.The results showed that:(1)The main chemical composition analysis for Phyllostachys nigra showed that the average contents of holocellulose for the Phyllostachys nigra were 75.24%,The average contents of pentosan were 15.02%,The average contents of lignin were 22.99%,The average contents of benzene-ethanol extractive were 3.22%,The average contents of 1%NaOH extractive were 27.11%, The contents of hot water extractive were 5.61%.(2)Analysis of regular pattern of chemical composition for Phyllostachys nigra showed that one-year purple of Phyllostachys nigra had the highest content of holocellulose and the least content of extractive; two-year purple of Phyllostachys nigra rod had the highest content of lignin and extractives content.With increasing age, the content of holocellulose was decreased while the content of lignin was increased for bamboo pole, the content of pentosan and extractive had big difference,the chemical ingredients between different parts also had big difference.(3)Variance analysis for Phyllostachys nigra showed that the average contebts among different variation types of Phyllostachys nigra had significant difference of the pentosan; the average contebts among different ages of Phyllostachys nigra had significant difference of the pentosan and hot water extractive; the average contebts among different parts of Phyllostachys nigra had significant difference of the pentosan, lignin 1%NaOH extractive, benzene-ethanol and hot water extractive.(4)Extraction choose results show that the skin pigment of Phyllostachys nigra pole was insoluble in distilled water and non-polar solvents, soluble in polar solvents and alkaline solution; With the pH increasing, the rate of pigment extraction has significant increasing. The alkaline solvent has the better extraction effect than the acid solvents, with the temperature increasing,the rate of pigment extraction has significant increasing. With the Solvent concentration increasing, the rate of pigment extraction appeared first and then decreased trend.(5)Physical and chemical properties studies for the skin pigment of Phyllostachys nigra pole showed that UV - visible spectroscopy of methanol extract of Phyllostachys nigra rod epidermal showed that pigment in the 220nm, 280nm, 535nm, 660nm has the maximum absorption. The research of physical and chemical nature for purified pigment liquid infered the chemical structure of pigments contained double bonds and phenol. The pigment may be flavonoids.(6)The stability studies for the skin pigment of Phyllostachys nigra pole showed that the pigment has good resistance of illumination and reduction ability.(7)Considering the wooden products for Phyllostachys nigra showed that one-year purple Phyllostachys nigra had the shortest time to become purple,the high holocellulose contents in the same age among different variation types; two-year purple had the high lignin contents, the ability of Bamboo had the good mechanical strength and erosion of anti-microbial. The younger age of Phyllostachys nigra had the high holocellulose contents,The older age of Phyllostachys nigra had the high lignin contents,among different ages. It should consider erosion resistance of bacteria and the continued growth of bamboo while cutting .
