In china how to reinforce the forestry construct takes on the ecology environment construction and the great mission of promoting social sustainable development in 21 century. To carry out the social sustainable development stratagem, we must endue with the forestry construct consequence. Guangzhou is an international flower city. The forestland area in Guangdong has increase greatly after ten years'forestation so forest fire can occurs easily. How can we effectively control firing disaster and minimum reduce the losing of forest fire is one of the important task of the forest fireproofing missionary are faced with in the new century. In the recent years the artificial intelligence and the computer simulation technologies are maturity. The info-tech has broad application in forest fire inspection, forest fire information management and fire forecast.By dint of its spatial analysis function, Geography Information System can expediently constitute forecast and decision-making models based on the spatial and predicable data. Via the simulation and appraise to every process, we can choose the decision-making precept and form colligate or special report to be consulted.The paper combines many mutuality theories, such as the spatial analysis technology, non-linear programming theory, the computer simulation technology, math's method, artificial neural network theory and the optimization method. It investigates the following applied research of the geography information system's spatial analysis:(1) The analysis of the lookout control area. Using the theory of artificial neural network theory and the GIS spatial analysis method, it builds methodical modeling of the BaiYun District of the Guangzhou City and achieves the optimal distributing of the lookout.(2) The analysis of the forest fire hazard region. Applying to the GIS technology, it confirms the scale and regulation of the forest fire hazard region of the Guangzhou City.(3) The analysis of the forest fire spreading instance. Via the combination of the fire spreading model and GIS technology, it achieves the dynamic change model of fire spreading and optimizes prediction based on the Geography Information System.(4) The analysis of the optimal route. Based on the traditional algorithms, it brings an efficiently realized method in the shortest path, which is called the A* algorithms, a searching way with restrictive condition.(5) The analysis of the forest fire prevention. Based on the predict result, it analysis the fire ambience to make with the optimal decision and gain time for fire fighting.The applied research in the Forest Fireproofing System of the Geographic Information System greatly improves the science and appliance of forest fireproofing. How to develop forest fire prevention and optimal apply the GIS spatial analysis method, which embraces the features of Guangzhou city is a challengeable and long-time task for us.
