It is great change of global climate which characterized by climate warming during the past decades. Therefore, it produce influence profoundly of agricultural industry due to climate change. It pose a threat for food security because climate change and meteorological disasters result from it, which caused tremendous changes of grain production inter-annually. Hence, it is of important theoretical significance and practical value that we studied climate change and its effcets of agricultural industry and strategy measure.We analyzed rice grain yield data from Hunan rural statistics yearbook in Changsha county from 1996 to 2007, obtains trend production using 3 years on moving average model, then obtains meteorological yield by the range between the rice grain yield and trend production. We analyzed weather data at Meteorological station in Changsha county from 1996 to 2007 to examine the relationship between climate factors and rice grain yield through stepwise regression mode. Finally, we found the main climatic factor and establish regression model. Here we report that there are obvious changes of rice meteorological yield, a rise on double-season rice meteorological yield and a line basically on single-season rice meteorological yield. The fluctuation of sunshine duration and variation of average dailyminimum temperature and the amountofprecipitation during the growing period were themain causes for the great inter-annual undulation of the climatic yield of rice.It is great significance of rice grain yield on climatic factor in Changsha county by regression equations. The study has provided the scientific evidence for the monitor and forecast of rice grain yield on Changsha county, and take effective suggestion and measures on the basis of its, which provides good service for disaster prevention and mitigation decision-making and agricultural industry.
