In this study, the material for the test is the bare seed of tobacco and the pill of coating seed which has been sprouting (trigger). It carried out on the screening test of the pills of tobacco seeds supplementary composition, the different ratio of the pill composition test. The study also included priming effects on seed germination in different lead times and dehydration cycles, different storage conditions of the rounded seeds of tobacco. The results showed that:As a very small tobacco seed (thousand grain weight is only 0.06-0.09 g), there is sowing in the production volume, low germination rate, germination irregular, serious pests and diseases, seedling management difficulties and other issues. The technology of coating pills seed is an important way to solve these problems. To meet the floating requirements for seed breeding technology, compared the materials processing by 4 to produce the coating of the target species (single seed rate, grain situation, cracking cases, uniformity, etc.), the selected talc& attapulgite powder is the ideal raw material.Different coating materials and different formulations made the difference in appearance quality of the germination coated pills of tobacco seed and the rounded seed quality. With the extensive use of floating seedling technology, based on tobacco seed germination requirements of coated pills have become more sophisticated. Through 6 different seed coating formulation screening, the test results showed that: the bare seeds of tobacco by T3 treatment (attapulgite powder:talc= 2:5), the production of the germination coated pills of tobacco seed is better in integrated quality.Using GA, Chennai acetic acid, indole acetic acid in different proportion and concentrations, prepared into 1 to 8, the initiator of seed priming, dehydration treatment and screening the best combination is 2 which is the best seedling quality and can increase the vigor of the coated pills of the seed (GA 50ppm& Chennai indole acetic acid 10ppm& indole acetic acid 10ppm). At the same time, we had the reseach of dynamic changes of amylase during the germination of coated seed, we also measured the electrical conductivity, free amino acids and proline, malondialdehyde. The contrast obtained is that the activation treatment of seed can improve physical activity and resistance of seeds and seedlings. The GA is a kind of plant growth regulator, gibberellic acid can increase the germination potential, germination rate and seedling vigor, but many factors will affect the GA-induced effects, such as:lead time, and drying times and so on. Caused by different time and drying times to six combinations of seeds of lead test, the results are:the all processed seeds are more significantly improved than the control seeds of the germination speed and seed vigor index, while the two dehydration dehydration is better than 1 processing times and 3 times, among these, the 48,24 hours, twice triggered and two dehydration is the most appropriate way, seed germination speed and vigor index are more significantly improved than the other treatments.5. Seed germination requires with a few appropriate conditions at the same time:light, temperature, water, gas and so on. The germination seed of coated pills, dry packaging, can be relatively controlled conditions of light and air, so that the temperature and humidity control is particularly important. Through four different storage conditions comparative, the test results showed that:low temperature and low humidity cold storage is an ideal way to extend the storage life of seeds, to protect the needs of production and lower costs, reduce waste.
