Aimed at the problem of platycodon grandiflorum seed's vacancy of pelleting technology,this test studies on using pelleting technology process platycodon grandiflorum seed.Choosing basic bolus material used for crop,that is 6 kinds of filling agent,6 kinds of adhesives and 5 kinds of adhesive concentration,and 5 kinds of seed coating agents process platycodon grandiflorum seed,through carry out standard germination experiment and pot experiment respectively,after investigating bolus treatment seed germination rate,germination potential and seedling quality and simple vigor index,determined whether there is influence in different materials of platycodon grandiforum seed vigor or seedling quality;On this basis,use above selected materials process different two and three kinds of filling agent combination test,through investigating and analyzing main agronomic traits of platycodon grandiflorum,realized the different two and three kinds of filling agent combination treatment on the influence of main agronomic traits,to select suitable for the theoretic foundation of bolus of platycodon grandiflorum seed.The main conclusion of the study:1?Through different pill filling agent,adhesive,adhesive concentration and seed coating agent process platycodon grandiflorum seed,the characteristics of the germination rate,germination,seedling length,seedling weight and simple vigor index with a very significant difference between the CK;2?In different pellet filling agent processing experiment,algae soil on seedling quality and simple vigor index of the slightly better than other filling agent,charcoal,activated carbon treatment performance is relatively less.3?Different pellet binder treatment trials,only the seed vigor of Arabic glue process platycodon grandiflorum has lesser affected(there was no significant difference with CK),and the seedling quality is better,the other five kinds of adhesive process platycodon grandiflorum seed had all affect on the seed vigor.4?In different pellet adhesive concentration processing experiment,when the adhesive concentration of 18%can not only improve seed vigor,and seedling quality performance better,13%and 8%concentration performance poorer,and influence platycodon grandiflorum seed vigor.5?In different bolus seed coating agents processing experiment,including index of sai chong qin in seedling quality and simple vigor performance better than other seed coating agents,the huo long shen and hao huo ban performance less relatively,and influence platycodon grandiforum seed vigor.6?Through different two bolus filling agent combination process platycodon grandiflorum seed,between platycodon grandiflorum various agronomic traits and CK there are extremely significant difference;7?In different two bolus filling agent combination processing experiment,the diatomite+perlite performance best,and this processing in couple multiple agronomic traits has outstanding performance,and they're better than diatomite in the stem and the root,diatomite and diatomite+bentonite,diatomite+activated carbon performance also better,respectively to promote root thick,branch number,plant height and the role of the main stem.8?Through different three bolus filling agent combination process platycodon grandiflorum seed,between platycodon grandiflorum various agronomic traits and CK there are extremely significant difference;9?In different three bolus filling agent combination processing experiment,diatomite+activated carbon+bentonite combination in all the agronomic traits of platycodon comprehensive performance is best,diatomite+perlite+talcum powder combination performance also well,but this combination has a little more lateral root number,diatomite+activated carbon+attapulgite?diatomite+perlite+bentonite?diatomite+activated carbon+talcum powder?gdiatomite+ perlite+attapulgite performance all better,and have promote the effect of different agronomic traits.
