Lycoriella pleuroti is one of the advantaged harmful species.Using natural materials are the most promising scientific field to be developed in biological control. Chemical prevention and control exposed in a growing number of shortcomings and insufficiency in the long-term use.While in biological control, macrofungi will has great potential in the research and development of new biological pesticides in the future. Based on large fungi as test materials, This paper conducted toxicity study on Lycoriella pleuroti, Hopefully can shortly develop environment-friendly fungal source of new pesticides.The article draw the conclusion that macrofungi and its treatment outcome of good insecticidal activity through preliminary screening of macrofungi, And test the affection of the macrofungi and its treatment outcome of the Pleurotus ostreatus, then screened the best proportion from large toxic fungi mixed preparations, eventually determined the compound recipe of good poison effect on Lycoriella pleuroti. The results as followed:(1)Through screening from 3 kinds of Regular food and places in 5 days, Lycoriella pleuroti larvae had a preference for fungus chaff with Pleurotus ostreatus mycelia, so it's chosen as the poison baits carrier. In the process of raising Lycoriella pleuroti, its adult taking no actions, and larvae being main insect state of Pleurotus ostreatus, it is chosen as the experimental subject.(2)In the test of killing Lycoriella pleuroti larvae by macrofungi,23 kinds of collected toadstools are firstly isolated and purifilized cultivated, and then, liquid fermentation product and cells broken liquid are used to preliminary screening of insecticidal activity by the method of stomach toxicity conclusion is that the cells broken liquid of Amanita subjunquillea var.alba,Amanita pantherina and Amanita porphyria have food insecticidal activity. Above 3 kinds of toadstools are used for 7d five concentration gradient test respectively, we draw a conclusion that the LC50 of Amanita subjunquillea var.alba being 0.097g/mL< Amanita porphyria's LC50 being 0.123 g/mL< Amanita pantherina's LC50 being 0.124g/mL; the LT50 of Amanita subjunquillea var.alba being 2.637d< Amanita pantherina's LT50 being 2.702d< Amanita porphyria's LT50 being 3.52 1d.(3)In the test of The effection of large toxic fungi on Pleurotus ostreatus mycelium and fruiting body, five concentration gradient poison baits are used to deal with the fungus chaff with Pleurotus ostreatus mycelia, then we draw a conclusion that large toxic fungi have smaller inhibition on Pleurotus ostreatus mycelium, the inhibition rate of Amanita pantherina being 13.04%>Amanita subjunquillea var.alba's inhibition rate being 10.87% >Amanita porphyria's inhibition rate being 8.67%; large toxic fungi also have certain increasing yielding on Pleurotus ostreatus fruiting body, the increase rate of Amanita pantherina being 3.12% >Amanita subjunquillea var.alba's inhibition rate being 2.91% > Amanita porphyria's inhibition rate being 2.49%.(4)Pairwise plausibility with 3 kinds of large toxic fungi siple dosage, then screening the best proportion with the method of co-toxicity coefficient(Yunpei-Sun 1960). Two kinds of distribution mode show the synergies is the CTC of Amanita porphyria-Amanita pantherina 2:1 being 136.39>Amanita porphyria-Amanita subjunquillea var.alba 2:1's CTC being 127.01; Two kinds of distribution mode showing the antagonism is which the CTC of Amanita subjunquillea var. alba-Amanita pantherina 2:1 being 75.06>Amanita subjunquillea var.alba-Amanita pantherina 1:1's CTC being 73.26.
