Hebei was one of the main grain production areas in China. In recent years, undeveloped fertilization technologies and high cost of agricultural production resulted in low grain yield, resources waste, soil environment deterioration and no sustainable development of agriculture. In this thesis, field experiments and soil column leaching test were adopted to study the utilized coefficient of fertilizer, effects of humic acid on soil nutrients transportations, and the mechanism of HA compound fertilizer promoting maize growth. The results indicated as follow:1. Diagnosis of soil nutrient showed, under the condition of tested soil, grain yield in CK, NK and PK were decreased continuously in wheat-corn rotation system after two years,. Compared with grain yield in 2008, yield of maize and wheat in 2009 was decreased by 10.32% and 43.62% respectively, yield of maize in NK and PK was decreased by 3.1% and 5.3%, and that of wheat was reduced by 4.51% and 41.9%, while maize yield in NP and NPK were increased, and wheat had no changees. The spontaneous supplying capacity of N was decreased from 91.2% to 48.5%, that of P was decreased from 100.3% to 85.71%, and that of K was decreased from 91.2% to 48.5%.2. Study on the combinated technology of subsoiling, fertilizering in two layers, and seeding in line revealed that, compared with conventional application of chemical fertilizer, applying HA compound fertilizer in two soil layers could increase the leaf area index and root number of maize by 20.1% and 8.1 per plant, respectively, enhance the dry matter accumulation by 2354.25kg/hm~2, and increase the contents of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in plant by 50.43, 18.87 and 24.70kg/hm~2, respectively. Meantime, the yield of maize was reached to 10325.3kg/hm~2, and peasant income was increased by 29.5%.Through applying the new technology, soil bulk density in soil depth of 0~20, 20~40cm was decreased by 38.6% and 61.6%, while that in 40~90cm was greater than 15%. Soil moisture in 60~90 cm was enhanced from 8.5% to 43.9% between the stages of jointing and maturity.3. Compared with conventional application of chemical fertilizer, the technology of subsoiling, precision seeding and fertilizering in whole layers could enhance dry weight of maize root by 33.37%, N, P and K accumulation in plants were increased by 29.02, 19.00 and 5.42kg/hm2. In maturity, maize yield in treatment with the new technology was increased by 32.5%, the income was increased by 40.5%. Its effect on spring maize was the same as summer maize, yield of summer maize was increased 52.5%, and the income was enhanced by 78.3%. 4. Soil column experiment demonstrated that N and K could leach to 100 cm soil depth, P was rich in 0~30 cm depth. Leaching rate of N, P and K in treatment with fertilizeration in different position were 20.27%~22.28%, 25.22~29.36‰and 72.84~74.01‰, respectively, and that in common treatment were 16.54~21.56%, 16.53~28.30‰and 25.82~28.32‰, respectively.
