China is the largest apple producer in world, The cultivation of fruit trees is gradually shift to the dwarf rootstock intensive and high yield paradigm, The cultivation of fruit tree seedlings gradually become standardized. The fruit lifter is an important part of seedlings root, There are two Existing lifter ways which are the manual and mechanical lifter. Mechanization of fruit seedlings lifter has become national reality; However, either due to different technological development levels of machinery and equipment or different combination level of horticultural production, fruit tree seedlings lifters have varying degrees of mechanization at home and abroad. Currently the level of lifter mechanization is very low in China, fruit lifters relied on manual lifter or the applied the modified farm machinery and timber lifter. Labor-intensive, low efficiency and grievous injured root problem seriously impact on survival rate of fruit trees. Therefore developing a machine dedicated to fruit trees lifter has important practical significance.This paper analyses background, significance and the development status at home and abroad of the fruit lifter technology. Basing on the current lifter technical condition, for China's national conditions, the background and the technical requirements of fruit gardening focus on strengthening the combination of horticultural and agricultural machinery and design a special fruit tree seedlings lifter machine. The machine uses lifter shovel side equipment with partial traction to excavate and lift fruit tree seedlings, including soil cultivation, lifter operation, artificial pulling seedlings from the loose soil after operation, which is easy to use and high efficiency.Thesis focuses on designing parameters of the whole fruit tree seedlings lifter machine and its parts, use AIP software to optimize the parameter of the core components of lifter shovel. Owing to changing the lifter shovel form from"U"to"L"type, reduce the overall weight of the unit and the work forward resistance; Through the matching unit and performance analysis, determine the rationality of the supporting use of machinery and tractors; Finally, carry out testing on the lifter machine, analyze the experimental data and results and verify the stability of the lifter machine operation depth, operating rates, root injury rates and other indicators.The results of field tests and mining operations showed that: Lifter machine has stable performance, reliable structure, high efficiency, effective lifter and low seedling epidermal injury rate. Lifter machine not only has a quick speed and seedling roots of unified specifications but also operation quality meeting the horticultural requirements. The design of the equipment provides technical support for the industrialization of tree seedlings.
