Study On The Changes Of Main Mineral Element Contents In Leaves And Fruits During The Kernel-filling Period Of Precocious Walnut

In order to fertilize rationalization and maintain high and stable yield in precocious walnut, the change and relationship of main mineral elements (N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Mn) contents in leaves and fruits (kernel, pericarp,shell) of different kinds of bearing branch during the kernel-filling period of'Lvling'and'Liaoning 1'Walnut were studied. The results were as follows.1 During the kernel-filling period, fruit weights in long, medium and short bearing branches of'Lvling'increased by 5.522 g(42.24%),6.540 g(44.88%),6.050 (g43.44%)respectively;kernel weights increased by 5.196 g(73.55%),5.660 g(74.18%),5.733 g(72.72%)respectively; shell weights increased by 0.170 g(4.41%),0.388 g(9.53%),0.196 g(7.40%)respectively; pericarp weight increased by 0.156 g(7.29%),0.291 g(12.01%),0.120 g(8.80%)respectively ;total fat and protein contents in the kernel increased by 3.927 g(80.36%),4.305 g(81.41%),4.496 g(81.17%)and 0.851 g(67.34%),1.099 g(70.76%),1.146 g(69.523%)respectively.Fruit weights in medium and short bearing branches of'Liaoning 1'increased by 4.917 g(36.44%),5.242 g(36.40%)respectively; kernel weight increased by 4.483 g(71.75%),4.978 g(73.38%)respectively; shell weight increased by 0.225 g(5.53%),0.228 g(5.91%)respectively; pericarp weight increased by 0.209 g(6.56%),0.006 g(0.19%)respectively; total fat and protein contents in the kernel increased by 3.341 g(79.45%),3.611 g(79.98%)and 0.712 g(64.79%),0.917 g(69.92%)respectively.2 The changes of the leaf N contents in short, medium and long bearing branches were 3.51~2.85 %,3.55~3.16 %,3.60~3.33 % and 3.67~2.78 %,3.62~3.13 % respectively; the changes of the kernel N contents were 3.52~2.85 %,3.67~3.24 %,3.72~3.33 % and 3.49~2.80 %,3.48~3.08 % respectively during the kernel-filling period of'Lvling'and'Liaoning 1'.The leaf N conent in long bearing branches in'Lvling'was higher than that of medium bearing branches significantly, and higher than that of short bearing branches very significantly, the leaf N conent in medium bearing branches was higher than that of short bearing branches after 125~135 d of blooming stage.The kernel N conents in long bearing branches and medium bearing branches were higher than that of short bearing branches significantly from 105 d to 115 d of blooming stage, and higher than that of short bearing branches very significantly from 125 d to 135 d of blooming stage. The leaf N conent in medium bearing branches in'Liaoning 1'was higher than that of short bearing branches significantly after 115~135 d of blooming stage, The kernel N conent in medium bearing branches was higher than that of short bearing branches significantly after 105~135 d of blooming stage, and very significant higher than that of short bearing branch after 115~125 d of blooming stage.3. The changes of the leaf P contents in short, medium and long bearing branches were 0.163~0.175 %,0.160~0.170 %,0.162~0.180 % and 0.153~0.170 %,0.155~0.169 % respectively;the changes of the kernel P contents were 0.571~0.428 %,0.578~0.437 %,0.578~0.434 % and 0.523~0.388 %,0.532~0.391 % respectively during the kernel-filling period of'Lvling'and'Liaoning 1'. The leaf P conents in long bearing branches and medium bearing branches in'Lvling'were significant higher than that of short bearing branches after 105 d and 125 d of blooming stage; the kernel P contents in long bearing branches and medium bearing branches were significant higher than that of short bearing branches after 95~105 d and 125 d of blooming stage. The shell P contents in long bearing branches and medium bearing branches were significant higher than that of short bearing branches after 115~125 d of blooming stage. The leaf P content in medium bearing branches in'Liaoning 1'was significant higher than that of short bearing branches after 105 d of blooming stage, the kernel P content in medium bearing branches was significant higher than that of short bearing branches after 95 d of blooming stage, and was very significant higher than that of short bearing branches after 105 d of blooming stage; the shell P content in medium bearing branches was significant higher than that of short bearing branches after 115~135 d of blooming stage.4. The changes of the leaf K contents in short, medium and long bearing branches were 0.64~0.51 %,0.68~0.57 %,0.65~0.56 % and 0.67~0.49 %,0.65~0.58 % respectively; the changes of the kernel K contents were 1.10~0.34 %,1.10~0.40 %,1.22~0.40 % and 1.28~0.36 %,1.24~0.43 % respectively during the kernel-filling period of'Lvling'and'Liaoning 1'. The leaf K contents in long bearing branches and medium bearing branches in'Lvling'were significant higher than that of short bearing branches after 95 d of blooming stage, and very significant higher than that of short bearing branches after 105 d of blooming stage; the kernel K contents in long bearing branches and medium bearing branches were significant higher than that of short bearing branches after 105~125 d of blooming stage, and very significant higher than that of short bearing branches after 135 d of blooming stage.The leaf K conent in medium bearing branches in'Liaoning 1'was significant higher than that of short bearing branches after 105 d of blooming stage,and very significant higher than that of short bearing branches after 125~135 d of blooming stage; the kernel K content in medium bearing branches was significant higher than that of short bearing branches after 115 d and 135 d of blooming stage, and very significant higher than that of short bearing branches after 125 d of blooming stage.5. The changes of the leaf Ca contents in short, medium and long bearing branches were 29.36~29.69 mg/g,28.67~28.78 mg/g,28.26~28.87 mg/g and 25.95~30.65 mg/g,27.37~31.44 mg/g respectively; the changes of the kernel Ca contents were 5.60~2.52 mg/g,5.86~2.60 mg/g,5.87~2.60 mg/g and 5.26~2.56 mg/g,5.57~2.65 mg/g respectively during the kernel-filling period of'Lvling'and'Liaoning 1'. The pericarp Ca conents in long bearing branches and medium bearing branches in'Lvling'were very significant higher than that of short bearing branches after 85~135 d of blooming stage, the pericarp Ca conent in long bearing branches was significant higher than that of medium bearing branches;the shell Ca conents in long bearing branches and medium bearing branches were significant higher than that of short bearing branches after 95 d of blooming stage, and very significant higher than that of short bearing branches and medium bearing branches after 105 d of blooming stage, the shell Ca conents in long bearing branches and medium bearing branches were very significant higher than that of short bearing branches after 115~135 d of blooming stage.The pericarp Ca conents in medium bearing branches in'Liaoning 1'was significant higher than that of short bearing branches after 85~105 d and 125 d of blooming stage, and very significant higher than that of short bearing branches after 115 d and 135 d of blooming stage; the shell Ca contents in medium bearing branches was significant higher than that of short bearing branches after 105~125 d of blooming stage, and very significant higher than that of short bearing branches after 135 d of blooming stage.6. The changes of the leaf Mg contents in short, medium and long bearing branches were 4.68~4.61 mg/g,4.15~4.51 mg/g,4.26~4.39 mg/g and 4.54~4.88 mg/g,4.39~5.17 mg/g respectively; the changes of the kernel Mg contents were 4.41~2.05 mg/g,4.35~2.02 mg/g,4.26~1.95 mg/g and 4.82~2.09 mg/g,4.93~2.18 mg/g respectively during the kernel-filling period of'Lvling'and'Liaoning 1'. The pericarp Mg conents in long bearing branches and medium bearing branches in'Lvling'were very significant higher than that of short bearing branches after 85~135 d of blooming stage, the pericarp Mg conent in long bearing branches was significant higher than that of medium bearing branches and very significant higher than that of short bearing branches, the pericarp Mg conent in medium bearing branches was very significant higher than that of short bearing branches after 135 d of blooming stage;the shell Mg contents in long bearing branches and medium bearing branches were significant higher than that of short bearing branches after 85~95 d of blooming stage, the shell Mg content in long bearing branches was very significant higher than that of medium bearing branches, and very significant higher than that of short bearing branches after 105~135 d of blooming stage.The pericarp Mg conent in medium bearing branches in'Liaoning 1'was significant higher than that of short bearing branches after 85~95 d and 115 d of blooming stage, and very significant higher than that of short bearing branches after 125~135 d of blooming stage;the shell Mg content in medium bearing branches was very significant higher than that of short bearing branches after 115 d of blooming stage, and significant higher than that of short bearing branches after 125~135 d of blooming stage.7. The changes of the leaf Fe contents in short, medium and long bearing branches were 189.67~438.87 mg/kg,198.76~402.33 mg/kg,187.10~385.60 mg/kg and188.02~425.92 mg/kg,197.06~303.22 mg/kg respectively; the changes of the kernel Fe contents were 62.14~57.12 mg/kg,67.02~60.76 mg/kg,70.74~62.11 mg/kg and 53.94~54.71 mg/kg,59.86~54.44 mg/kg respectively during the kernel-filling period of'Lvling'and'Liaoning 1'. The leaf Fe conents in short bearing branches in'Lvling'was significant higher than that of long bearing branches and medium bearing branches after 95 d and 125 d of blooming stage, and very significant higher than of long bearing branches and medium bearing branches, The leaf Fe conent in medium bearing branches was significant higher than that of long bearing branches after 135 d of blooming stage;the kernel Fe conents in long bearing branches and medium bearing branches were significant higher than that of short bearing branches after 85 d of blooming stage;the pericarp Fe conents in short bearing branches was significant higher than that of long bearing branches and medium bearing branches after 125 d of blooming stage, and very significant higher than that of long bearing branches and medium bearing branches after 135 d of blooming stage.The leaf Fe conents in short bearing branches in'Liaoning 1'was significant higher than that of medium bearing branches after 95d of blooming stage , and very significant higher than that of medium bearing branches after 125 ~135 d of blooming stage; the kernel Fe contents in medium bearing branches was very significant higher than that of short bearing branches after 85 d of blooming stage; the pericarp Fe conents in short bearing branches was significant higher than that of medium bearing branches after 105~115 d of blooming stage,and very significant higher than that of medium bearing branches after 125~135 d of blooming stage.8. The changes of the leaf Zn contents in short, medium and long bearing branches were 13.70~19.06 mg/kg,14.23~18.74 mg/kg,14.07~18.73 mg/kg and 15.22~17.60 mg/kg,14.88~16.98 mg/kg respectively; the changes of the kernel Zn contents were 36.47~23.26 mg/kg,37.92~25.65 mg/kg,37.11~25.54 mg/kg and 35.55~25.17 mg/kg,37.50~28.89 mg/kg respectively during the kernel-filling period of'Lvling'and'Liaoning 1'. The kernel Zn conents in long bearing branches and medium bearing branches in'Lvling'were significant higher than that of short bearing branches after 125~135 d of blooming stage; the pericarp Zn conent in long bearing branches was significant higher than that of medium bearing branches, and very significant higher than that of short bearing branches, the pericarp Zn conent in medium bearing branches was very significant higher than that of short bearing branchesafter 115 d of blooming stage, the pericarp Zn conents in long bearing branches and medium bearing branches were very significant higher than that of short bearing branches after 125~135 d of blooming stage;The kernel Zn conents in medium bearing branches in'Liaoning 1'was significant higher than that of short bearing branches after 115 d of blooming stage,and very significant higher than that of short bearing branches after 125~135 d of blooming stage; the pericarp Zn content in medium bearing branches was very significant higher than that of short bearing branches after 105~135 d of blooming stage.9. The changes of the leaf Mn contents in short, medium and long bearing branches were 1414.60~95.02 mg/kg,143.92~107.22 mg/kg,142.53~110.07 mg/kg and 145.49~114.74 mg/kg,142.58~138.57 mg/kg respectively; the changes of the kernel Mn contents were 133.51~51.36 mg/kg,136.96~67.91 mg/kg,138.80~69.52 mg/kg and 127.25~63.90 mg/kg,132.92~73.65 mg/kg respectively during the kernel-filling period of'Lvling'and'Liaoning 1'.The leaf Mn conents in long bearing branches and medium bearing branches in'Lvling'were significant higher than that of short bearing branches after 115~135 d of blooming stage;the kernel Mn conents in long bearing branches was very significant higher than that of short bearing branches, and that in medium bearing branches was significant higher than that of short bearing branches after 105 d of blooming stage, the kernel Mn conents in long bearing branches and medium bearing branches were very significant higher than that of short bearing branches after 115~135 d of blooming stage;The leaf Mn conent in medium bearing branches in'Liaoning 1'was significant higher than that of short bearing branches after 115 d of blooming stage,and very significant higher than that of short bearing branches after 125~135 d of blooming stage; the kernel Mn contents in medium bearing branches was very significant higher than that of short bearing branches after 125~135 d of blooming stage.
