The cherry tomato selection of seedling substrates and optimization of soilless culture nutrional concentration and different aeration treatment are studied. The results are summarized as follows:1 Vermiculite, perlite, coarse sand, silver sand were used as the nursery substrates. Comparison of the four media showed that seedling is the best with vermiculite and seedling is the worst with silver sand2 The experiment of cherry tomato with four concentrations of nutrient solution and two cultivated methods were conducted. The analysis of morphological index, physiological and biochemical indexes, the fruit quality and ornamental characteristics of the cherry tomatoes showed that 1.5 times concentrations of nutrient solution with hydroponics was more suitable for plant growth than 0.5,1.0 and 2.0 time concentrations of nutrient solution, and 1.0 time concentrations of nutrient solution with media culture was more suitable than 0.5,1.5 and 2.0. Experiment also revealed that hydroponics was more appropriate for the growth of Cherry tomato than media culture.3 The experiment of Cherry tomato with four different aeration treatments. was carried out. The analysis of morphological index, physiological and biochemical indexes, the fruit quality and ornamental characteristics of the cherry tomatoes. showed that supplying oxygen once every six days was more suitable for plant growth then other three treatments at initial stage. Supplying oxygen once every day is the best, impassability oxygen is the worst from the flowering and fruit periods to harvest.
