In order to investigate the distribution of the Cereal cyst nematode(CCN)in Shandong province and Henan province,we collected 124 investigation points from 12 regional cities from Shandong province and 21 investigation points of 2 regional cities from Henan province at May, June, July and August of 2010. In Shandong province, 82 survey sites of 124 were detected with CCN full cysts, detection rate was 66.13%. However, there were 17 survey sites of 21 were detected with CCN full cysts in Henan province, detection rate was 80.95%. The occurrence degree of CCN in Henan province was greater serious than Shandong province. Shandong Liaocheng and Henan Puyang were the worst serious places of all the places which were investigated.A block with CCN cysts was investigated in Hutun Feicheng Taian Shandong intented to take the reins of horizontal distribution of CCN in a place. The results showed that places which were near water, roads or low-lying land were greater serious than the other places. Furthermore, CCN was spreaded from the places with CCN cysts to the center places of a land.The results of the hatching of the CCN cysts which were collected from Shandong Taian area indicated that only a low temperature treatment and under wet condition that the larval appeared. The cysts those were pretreated at 5℃for eight weeks had the highest emergence rate which was over 70%. The august was the best filed collecting period.Seed germination experiments and experiments of emergence in greenhouse were taken in order to verify the safety of 8 Aqueous Capsule Suspension, CS (avermectin, carbosulfan, benfuracarb, ethoprophos, phoxim, terbufos, phorate) and 2 Seed Coating,SC(aldicarb, carbofuran) which were used by the way of seed dressing. Except the aldicarb and carbofuran were not safe to the wheat seed, the other carbamate chemicals and biopesticide–avermectin were safe for the seed. Although the organophosphorus medicaments were safe to the seed under the normal control dosage, they could induced malformation of wheat seedlings, however, the malformation would disappear gradually with the wheat seedlings'growing.With the rDNA-ITS-RFLP technique, we could observe the polymorphisms of ITS region directly. The amplification of the rDNA-ITS region of each population of 15 group species from Shandong province and Henan province, China respectively. A total 19 scored fragments were obtained with 8 enzymes(AluI,AvaI,HaeIII,HindIII,HinfI,PstI,RsaI,TaqI) for analysis. The obvious difference among the Avenae group could be observed in the TaqI RFLP pattern. The research results in this paper were uniform with the results of Peng D L. The 15 cyst nematode populations we studied were H.avenae.
