Jining Gray Goat is a kind of polyembryony and premature Caprine with budge used, mainly distribute in southwest of Shandong province. The staple of it is kid-skin and lamb- skin. Abatageing the lamb three days after born get the kid-skin, abatageing the lamb thirty days after born get lamb-skin. The skin of the goat have natural, blue-chip color and texture, with good, moistening color pattern and quality, the cutis plate is delicate and beautiful. The products of leather coat, cap and neck made by this kind of skin from the goat always have a good market all over the world. Studies on characteristics of hair follicle and differential espressed genes provide the science data for improving prophase seed selection and care valuable local caprine in genetic level.The histology methods were used to detect the development of hair follicle by Jining Gary Goat of different development stages. Include the histology of hair follicle, number of hair follicle, diameter of hair follicle. The consequence indicated that the diameter of primary follicle were increased, but not significantly (P>0.05). The diameter of secondary follicle were increased very significantly (P<0.01). The diameter of secondary follicle grows to the biggest of 2-month-old. It indicated that primary follicle were developed before born and secondary follicle were still developed after born.QRT-PCR were used to detect the different expression of EGF and IGF-2. The consequence indicated that the expression of EGF increased after birth and achieved the highest in the 2-month-old (P<0.01). It decreased very significantly after 2-month-old (P<0.01). And the expression of IGF-2 achieved the highest in the fetus, it decreased very significantly after born (P<0.01).SAS9.0 were used to detect the different expression genes and development of hair follicle. The consequence indicated that the expression of EGF and the diameter of secondary follicle had significant positive correlation before 2-month-old (P<0.01). EGF is significantly positive to the development of secondary follicle. IGF-2 is significantly positive to the development of fetus.To sum up, we have studied and researched growth changing regular and influencing factors of hair follicle about Jining gray goat skin. The finding will conduce to reveal the internal growth changing regular of hair follicle organ, establish basis for revealing cell differentiation growth changing regular of skin in gray goat further, establish basis for revealing the mechanism of molecule heredity in texture quality of gray goat, provide science data for improving prophase seed selection and care valuable local caprine in genetic level.
