Jining Gray Goat is a kind of polyembryony and premature Caprine with budge used, mainly distribute in Jining as wellas Heze region etc,the staple of it is kid-skin and lamb- skin. Abatageing the lamb three days after borning get the kid-skin, abatageing the lamb thirty days after borning get lamb-skin.The skin of the goat have natural,blue-chip color and texture,with good ,moisten- ing color pattern and quality, the cutis plate is delicate and beautifu.The produ- cts of leather coat,cap and neck made by this kind of skin from the goat always have a good market all over the world. The method of histology is first used in this article to study and research layer thickness of cutis plate, histologic structure of hair follicle, numbe and distribution of hair follicle group, as well as fineness of wool in the goat skin. Consequence indicates that cuticular layer average thickness is extremely significant difference between kid-skin and lamb-skin(P<0.01),that makes clear cuticular laye grew with daytime.The cuticular laye in the neck is most thickness,with in abdomen thinness, extremely significant difference with other parts(P<0.01).Dermis thickness in the neck of all parts is thickness with abdo- men thinness,extremely significant difference with other parts(P<0.01).The hair follicle of gray goat distribute with grouping,among this three hair follicle group is the major,with quiet difference between two kinds goat(P>0.0 5).With growing, primary hair follicle in lamb-skin is decrease and quite diff- erence withkid-skin(P>0.05);secondary hair follicle in lamb-skin increase obviously,is extremely significant difference with kid-skin(P<0.01);the density of hair folliclebecomesaggrandizement,and extremely significant difference between the two(P<0.01),the reason is concerned with bigger diameter of hair follicle group;along with diameter of secondary hair follicle greatening, diameter of hair follicle group in lamb-skin is larger than that in kid-skin.Further,we applied fluorescent quantitation PCR technology to study and research two genes correlative to hair follicle growth development in tetrad different part:epidermal growth factor (EGF) and fibroblast growth factor-5 (FGF-5).Consequence indicates the expression of the two genes is extreme- ly significant difference(P<0.01)in two different age staged, among that, the expression quantity of EGF in lamb-skin is patency higher than that in kid-kin, and the expression quantity of FGF-5 in kid-skin is patency higher than that in lamb-skin,but there is no significant deviation in the same age staged.Eventually,we did comparison with lamb-skin and kid-skin in quality chara -cteristic after chamois.Consequence indicats that trunk bark tare of kid-skin is 88.75±11.33,less frivolous than lamb-skin's,proportion of blossom area is obviously higher than lamb-skin;furthermore, classy waves blossom is major to all,unit tare area yield is higher than lamb-skin.But lamb-skin have better tensile strength, tear strength, burst apart strength than kid-skin.The shameless of the two is extremely significant difference(P<0.01).Potential pressure of each part is quite difference(P>0.05)inlamb-skin,butextremelysignificantdifference (P<0.01)in kid-skin.To sum up,we have studied and researched growth changing regular and influencing factors of hair follicle about jining gray goat skin multistratly and systematically in three aspects as well as histomorphology, fur quality subject, molecular biology of the cell.The finding will conduce to reveal the internal growth changing regular of hair follicle organ,establish basis for revealing cell differentiation growth changing regular of skin in gray goat furtherly,establish basis for revealing the mechanism of molecule heredity in texture quality of gray goat,provide science data for improveing prophase seed selection and care valuable local caprine in genetic level.
