To estimate the combination effect of two antimicrobial agents to Salmonella Pullorum in vitro. Amoxcillin,Doxycycline,Colistin,Cephradine and Maquindox combine with other 10 commonly used antibacterial agents in their bactericidal processes against, and values of their antibiotics were determined in Mueller Hinton broth by the microdilution technique. MICs of the antibiotics were determined by the microdilution chequer board technique, interpretation of the result s was made by calculation of FIC.Results: Doxycycline, and Metronidazole; Amoxicillin, and Fosfomycin; Polymyxin, Clindamycin, Azithromycin, and Fosfomycin; Cefradine, Ampicillin Na and Amoxicillin; Mequindox, Amoxicillin, Fosfomycin and Ampicillin Na. These ways is strong synergy to against Salmonella Pullorum in vitro.Doxycycline, Azithromycin and Fosfomycin; Amoxicillin, Piperacillin and erythromycin; Polymyxin, Piperacillin, Cefradine and Clindamycin; Mequindox, Metronidazole and Polymyxin. These ways is cumulative effect to against Salmonella Pullorum in vitro. At the same time, the results of combination of drug sensitive test for many strains of salmonella showed that, combination of clinafloxacin and Amikacin is good. It is 50%.
