Since the expression of FSHR in testis was firstly reported by Means, the research of FSHR gene was being concerned by lots of scholars at home and abroad. Recently many studies revealed that FSHR not only existed in ovary and testis, but also existed in oviduct, uterus, pancreas parietal, cells of the gastric mucosa, mandibular glands and the other non reproductive system. These studies indicated that FSHR play an important role in oviduct and uterus. At present, both at home and abroad, the research of FSHR mRNA in oviduct except for Zheng was proved that the expression of FSHR existed in oviduct by means of RT-PCR, little information has been reported concerning other animals. Jining gray goat is one of the best goat breeds, the reproduction rate of the goat is 293.7%, so the research object is Jining gray goat, the study using Real Time PCR method was established to analyze the levels of FSHR mRNA expression. The studies showed that the FSHR mRNA expression was different in the oviduct of Jining gray goat during the four estrous cycle phrases. The main result is as follows:1. FSHR gene was expressed in the oviduct of Jining gray goat during the four estrous cycle phrases, but the quantity of expression in ampulla, infundibulum and isthmus is various from each other during the different period of estrous cycle. In oviduct infundibulum, the FSHR mRNA relative expression of the diestrus was highest, which was not significantly higher than other oestrous cycle phases(P<0.05);The ampulla of the oviduct was highest in the diestrus and lowest in the pro-estrus, the FSHR mRNA relative expression was significantly different in the pro estrus(P<0.01), and different in the estrous(P<0.05);In the isthmus of the oviduct, the relative expression was highest in the met estrus, and lowest in the pro estrus, There was significant difference during metoestrus with other stages (P<0.05) .2. The localizations of FSHR in the infundibulum, ampolla and isthuus of the oviduct of proestrus, estrus, metestrus and diestrus were carried out in Jining Goat respectively. The results showed that FSHR-immunoreactive was distributed over the oviduct during the four estrous cycle phrases, and it was mainly distributed over the epithelium of tubal mucosa, lamina propria.
