Economic Evaluation On Continue Constructing The Supporting And Water-saving Improvement Project Of Xiezhai's Irrigation District Of Water

Economic evaluation of constructive project is the important content and integral component of the feasibility study of project, and an indispensable scientific step of project-decision making's preliminary work. Economic evaluation of project consists of evaluation of national economy and financial evaluation. This thesis takes the continue construction project of water-saving irrigation of Xiezhai's Irrigation District of Water Diversion from Yellow River which is under construction as subject of our economic evolution. In this thesis, we have focused on studying influencing factors of every parameter in the economic evaluation of water-saving project, analysised every evaluating indicator and made a sensibility analysis of them. Finally,through comprehensive analysis,we come to conclusion that this project is economically feasible.The first chapter is introduction, which emphasize on introducing the purpose, function and the position in decision-making of economic evaluation of project, analyzing the meaning of economic evaluation in irrigation works and the main content of this research, and the general situation of irrigation works both at home and abroad,we introduce the general situation of Xiezhai's Irrigation District and water-saving irrigation project. Furthermore,natural and social conditions, river level and geological conditions,status of water conservancy facilities are all presented, we have made financial evaluation of Xiezhai project. Firstly, we figure out the benefit, necessary expenses, and indicator of financial evaluation after finished, in consideration of all the uncertainties.Conclusions of financial evaluation is given, we have made an evaluation of national economy of Xiezhai project. Equally, we figure out the benefit, necessary expenses, and indicator of evaluation of national economy in consideration of all the uncertainties.Conclusions of evaluation of national economy is given,we studied evaluation of social benifit on Xiezhai's water-saving improvement project, besides social assessment and environmental assessment. We analyze the social benefit and the effect to social and natural environment of this project. Finally, this thesis made comprehensive evaluation and came to a conclusion of Xiezhai project, which can be taken as reference when making the decision of this project.
