Protection of forests to achieve harmony between man and nature is the duty of every one of us. Forest fires not only destroyed a large number of forest resources, destruction of the natural environment and ecological balance, but also direct impact on industrial and agricultural production, a serious threat to the safety of people's lives and property. How to make a scientific method to prevent forest fire and adjustment resources allocation optimalizing, made full use of fire prevention resources to prevent forest fires is an indispensable part of society to build a harmonious socity.This article discusses the internal and external profile of forest fires and forest fire prevention resources research at home and abroad. Make full use of any type resources of Guangzhou forest fire prevention information systems (including forest maps, topographic maps, forest fire distribution maps, road maps, and water maps etc). Thorough investigation and study of the Guangzhou City socio-economic, physical geography and the status of forest resources, use geographic information systems, computer technology, graph theory and mathematical methods of knowledge to carry out the following studies on the forest-floor fire resources of Guangzhou.analysis the relationship between the spatial distribution of forest fires and roads, rivers, settlements, tree species, age, elevation, slope and aspect, reached the spatial distribution law of forest fires, and based on it build the model of forest fire risk indicators, determine the level of fire and zoning rules, zoning of forest fire region, drawn the forest fire zoning map which support other forest fire resources research on data.Proposed method of observation network node location and the implementation scheme.
