Introduction To Aviation Fire Extiguishing Technology Application In The Northeast And Lnner Mongolia Forest Fire Fighting And Rescue

Forest fire accidents occur frequently, which has a devastating disserve to our society and caused a serious loss to our economy.Forest fire resulted in a lot of forest resource was burnt,the entironment and zoology balance were effected,industry and agriculture production were influenced directly,sometimes even reduced the people's life and property in a low safety situation. Research and analysis of aerial forest fire in our country, especially in the northeast and Inner Mongolia forest effect, problems, and puts forward improvement measures, to improve aviation fire control ability of the region has a practical significance.Based on the collected a large number of forest aviation fire control technology on the basis of literature data, using literature research method;data analysis method, comparative method, inductive analysis methods, such as junction and northeast China, Inner Mongolia in nearly five years and extinguishing forest fire data, to our country in northeast and Inner Mongolia aviation fire control technology are analyzed and summarized, and fleet is discussed in detail the concept and characteristics of chemical extinguishing fire and helicopter bucket, analyzed the two kinds of fire extinguishing technology application in the production practice and the important role of the, points out that the two kinds of direct fire extinguishing technology need to be perfect.The results show that the fleet of chemical fire extinguishing and bucket extinguishing technology as the significance fire extinguishing techniques in northeast and Inner Mongolia area do make great improvement in many aspects, but still some problems such as small capacity, low speed, and sensitive to the wind-force, low professional level, shortage of funds,unreasonable use, exists. In addition to this, water intake points of planning and management can't meet current demand, terminal construction does not reach the designated position,firefighting and rescue work in the air with insufficient and so on. Fortunately, solutions are available to address these problems. This research put forward the development direction and research key point, and the improvement measure about the forest aviator firefighting and policy suggestion such as:(1)forest aviation fire control the application of new technology are mainly introduced drones used in aerial forest fire; perfect national satellite forest firemonitoring network construction as soon as possible; To strengthen the construction of course management and dynamic monitoring system; To speed up the computer auxiliary decision system, GIS geographic information system of forest resources and the construction of global positioning system(GPS); Strengthening the forest fire control communication; Upgrading flight meteorological support system, etc.(2) To become more active in getting the national policy support. Strengthen leadership, carry out responsibility. Strengthening project management, ensure the project smooth implementation; Ensure the forest fire prevention investment, establish and perfect the system of strict funds management and supervision; To improve the professional quality of forest fire prevention workers; To strengthen the construction of fire control team.
