| In this study, triploid seedless watermelon seeds as research materials, through a series of triploid watermelon seeds of physical and chemical methods of treatment, the medium through the kernel husk and peptide enzyme assay method validation chain reaction to understand and master the different treatment methods on bacterial fruit blotch of watermelon seeds inhibitory effect of the disease. Simultaneous detection of different treatments on seed germination rate of the impact on the treatment of triploid seedless watermelon seeds caused further water treatment, pharmaceutical matrix priming and priming to improve germination rate. The results show that:Seed's Kernel and husk through the detection and PCR assay showed that:the higher the concentration of acid treatment and processing of liquid the longer the better seed sterilization,15% hydrogen peroxide solution,60% to 98% sulfuric acid solution, the seeds treated carrier was zero; quickly after high-temperature sterilization seeds, sterilization effect is remarkable, the seed carrier rate is zero.Different treatment of triploid seedless watermelon seed germination, the study found the seeds after various treatments, with the acid solution concentration and treatment time increases, the seed sterilization to obtain good results, both the germination ability subsequently been decreased; dry heat sterilization and pharmaceutical treatment of seeds, germination rate is generally low.Different priming on seed germination, caused by water after treatment and substrate can restore damaged to different degrees of seed vigor, and has not been caused by damage to the seed germination rate compared; through chemical treatments of watermelon seeds could not restore the vitality of seeds, and seed has not been compared to the damage caused by the germination rate.5% to 7% hydrogen peroxide treatment of seed and matrix caused by water after the trigger, causing the most significant effect, increase seed germination rate up to 48.1%.
