Used in cleaning and flattening the land, the clean and flat machine is extensive used in irrigation and water conservancy, airport, road, ground constructions and such related to the agricultural engineering project. It is necessary for modern agricultural project and ground constructions based on a clean and flat land .In order to meet the same demand in small plot (such like small plot test field ,green house, groove, green belt, accurate farm land and so on) ,we design a miniaturization named Based on three levelling voluntary milling type laser clean and flat machine.Based on the theory of three points fix a flat surface, with the Car independent suspension system as reference ,designed the Three independent suspension levelling system as the machine's body to guarantee its platform work easily, stably ,efficiently ,and automatically .Three independent wheels take the place of three adjusting flat point ,including two sets of Front wheel motor control offset swinging mast institutions and on set of back wheel motor control offset swinging mast institutions.In order to control the machine to keep in the same level all the time, make use of the High-precision laser datum plane sent by JP3 laser transmitter as the machines based surface. When the laser receiver installed on the front of the machines ,gets the laser from laser sender ,it will judge according to the photovoltaic effect the distance which the platform deviates the based level ,then the deviation date translate into the analog signal and feedback to the control system for operation.Besides controlling the its height, keeping the level of its platform is also necessary which can avoid moving up and down situation .The subject uses SCA61T series Acceleration Angle sensor made by VIT Company to detect the platform's levelness, and then put the detected Horizontal Angle translate into the analog signal and feedback to the control system for operation.Based on position deviation signal and level tilt signal feedbacked from laser receiver and Angle sensor, Control system judge, operate,handle and translate the control signal through interface circuit into the middle driver circuit to complete the magnet synchronous motor's positive and reverse twirl, and with the ball screw spiral lieutenant motor rotation turn into three independent suspension wheel positive and reverse swing against the platform of the machine. Therefore to ensure the machine's platform keep horizontality in the same altitude to work.After many times spot and the flat test and large quantities of experimental data processing analysis, it is proved that the flat accuracy of land is much more improved after the machine's task compared the manual work. And it is flat and level precision reaches to 10mm/100m~2, what is more,the efficiency improves several times. It meets to the demand of the modern precision agriculture and engineering construction of mechanical equipment.
