This topic mainly research unit power consumption and productivity ofbiomass briquetting machine of flat pattern.In order to reduce energy consumption,improve the productivity and improve the machine service life, I carried out myexperiments under the condition of the same temperature and different moisturecontent, then analysis the economic and environmental benefit of the flat model ofbiomass forming machine. Based on the large number of test data and refering todomestic and foreign references,experiments on flat-die biomass machine are made,and the conclusions are as follows:(1) through reforming the structure of pressureroller, the integral pressure roller is improved into a combined type pressure roller,which is composed of pressure roller and the pressure roller. There is an inclinedtooth groove in the outer edge of pressure roller gear rim which can increase thefriction between the roller and the material, and improve the ability to grab materialroller. Improve the abilities of bearings by changing bearing into symmetricallytapered roller. When combined roller need to be replaced in the serious wear, onlyneed to be changed the pressure of gear ring can with convenient repair and low cost.Based on the study of the roll material test, we can find using the alloy structuralsteel27SiMn can enhance the pressure roller fatigue strength and wearresistance,which is economical, practical and has a broad market prospect.(2)Through the improvement of molding plate and the shaping sleeve,the moldingplate is designed for double row hole structure,it improves productivity of themachine. Through the improvment of the material and parameters, improvingadaptability of forming sleeve on a variety of biomass raw material, it improves itsservice life.(3) When water content rate of the raw material is about22%, flatbiomass molding machine has the highest productivity,and the lowest unit energyconsumption. So the water content of raw materials should be controlled at15to25%,preferably about22%in.(4)Through the test of press roll clearance,the optimumclearance of the single row holes is in0.8~1mm, and the optimum clearance ofdouble row holes of the inner and outer rings were0.6~0.8and0.8mm~1mm.(5) Inthe entire test process, whether flat molding machine is loaded or unloaded, thehighest noise is less than90dB, in the bear range of the body.(6) Flat-die biomass production of biomass solid fuel molding machine has obvious economic benefit, withthe industrialization production and economic conditions.Flat pattern of biomass forming machine has simple and novel structure, low cost,high efficiency, stable operation, and reasonable design, which can effectively reducethe energy consumption of unit product, and prolong the service life of wearing parts.It was developed and utilized to provide an effective way to reduce crop straw directcombustion and environmental pollution, and have remarkable economic benefit andenvironmental protection benefit. At the same time,it is helpful for increasing farmers’income, improving rural natural environment and country appearance.
