According to the fact of the Yellow River Delta and the characteristics of coastal tital flat saline, the study selects Tamarix chinensis Lour, Suaeda salsa L, Kosteletzkya vivginica(L.)Pres1, Atriplex triangularis, Atriplex centralasiatica Iljin, Oenothera littaralic Jacq, Liminium bicoloy Kuntz, Apocynum venetum L. and Sesbania cnnabina (Retz) Pers. The physiological index data was affected by germination under NaCl stress. brine irrigating in bole and field salt tolerant test.The results as follows:1. Effect of NaCl stress on seed germination and seedling growthThe inhibitive effect on seed germination of T. chinensis, S. salsa, K. vivginica, A. triangularis, A. centralasiatica, O. littaralic, L. bicolor and A. venetum was obvious.The seed germination rate was in negative relation to NaCl content. But NaCl under 0.9% promoted to the seed germination of S. cnnabina, while it is opersite. We gained the dataes of the appropriate parameters, limit value and critical concentration of salt stress during the seed germination It is as followes:T. chinensis 0.17%, 0.31%,0.45%; S. salsa 0.63%, 1.52 %, 2.42%; K. vivginica0.23%, 0.69%, 1.13%; A. triangularis 0.69%, 1.46%, 2.23%; A. centralasiatica 0.62%, 1.41%, 2.19%; O. littaralic 0.09%, 0.31%, 0.52%; L. bicolor0.49%, 1.30%, 2.11%; A. venetum 0.60%, 1.11% ,1.61%; S. cnnabina 0.90%, 1.49%, 2.08%.After salt stress the germination speed and the uiniform increased.2. .Effect of NaCl stress on seedling and seedling stage growthNaCl soluting had the inhibitive to the seedling growth, for example A. venetum, O. littaralic, S. cnnabina, K. vivginica etc. Low content NaCl solution promoted the seedling growth while it is opersite, for example L. bicolor, S. salsa, A. triangularis, A. centralasiatica etc.The result of the brine irrigating in bole as followes: A. venetum, K. Vivginica , O. littaralic and S. cnnabina showed obviously salt damage symptoms, only higher NaCl concentrations play a negative role in the growth of the other plants .And the inhibited level is obviously difference.The order of relative growth yield is Lour, S. salsa > T. chinensis> A. centralasiatica> L. bicolor> A. triangularis> O. littaralic > K. vivginica> S. cnnabina> A. venetum .3.select 2 plant of the salt-tolerant limit beyond 2.0%The salt-tolerant ability and the salt-tolerant limit of T. chinensis respectively is 2.0-2.4%,2.7-3.0%, S. salsa L2.2-2.6%,3.0-3.5%.The salt-tolerant ability of T. chinensis is bad,and it planted the cutting seeding in tidal flat.4.The relative electronic conductivity is the basic physiological index of the cell membrane permeability.The changes reflect the salt-tolerant ability under salt stress.The studied showed that the endomembrane system were destroied in high content NaCl. the cell membrane permeability was increased .The relative electronic conductivity was elevated,but it had the clear different trend .5 The plant style of the intercropping in the different kinds halophytes,monocropping and reaped and moved away in next growth season repeatedly could apparently reduce the soil salt content.So using the halophtesof much biaomass ,for example Suaeda salsa ,we take the patters of plant-reape-move awaythe pattern of the planting to reduce the soil salt content.
