The preparation process was optimized.The quality of the stability of the injection was determined by accelerated and long-term experments. Valnemulin Hydrochloride injection was determined by HPLC method, The results show that the prescription of the injection is stability.This paper studies the various separation factors testing the injection content with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The chromatograply conditions are: chromatographic column (4.6 mm x 150 mm,5um); column temperature for room temperature; mobile phase for acetonitrile-phosphate buffer=17:83; flow rate forlml/min the wavelength for,210nm sample 20μL. The recovery rate of HPLC method is 99.90%, correlation coefficient is 0.9927. Experimental results verifies that the content method of Valnemulin is simple, rapid, economical, very efficient, accurate and practical. The preparation of valnemulin hydrochloric injection is relatively stable, suitable for mass production in factory.
