Aster tongolensis,Apocynum venetum and Nitraria sphaerocarpa with rich wild variation resources have large existence in the yellow river delta,and also has good ornamental value,which can be good use in the saline landscape. This experiment mainly breed wild germplasm resources from these three plants,which identified of the molecular level using AFLP, Meanwhile studied their salt resistant scope and salt resistant mechanism using pot experiment, so as to provide the greening saline-alkali land rich plant resources. The main results are as the followings:According to the flower colour,fruit,flowering period and other traits and namely flower , namely fruit, namely leaf and other ornamental effect, we elected ten Aster tongolensis types,six Apocynum venetum types and two Nitraria sphaerocarp types,while we introduce one Aster tongolensis variety and Nitraria sphaerocarpa.Aster tongolensis are all dead on alkaline salt stress and mixed salinity-alkalinity stress with high concentration high than 300mmol/L,which is hurt greater on alkaline salt stress than salt stress. Aster tongolensis adapt to the stress by adjusting protective enzymes, chlorophyll, organic osmotic substances and inorganic ions,and so on.In the while,Na~+content in root and leaf, chlorophyll, carotenoids, soluble proteins and other indicators can be used as salt base evaluation indicators.Apocynum venetum are all dead on 400mmol/L single salt stress treatment, which do more damage on Apocynum venetum than alkaline salt and neutral salt stress. Apocynum venetum is false saline plant , by refusing mechanism to regulate inorganic ions content in its body to adapt to the stress. Na~+content in root, leaf and stem,SOD and POD can be served as effective indicators of saline-alkali stress.Nitraria sphaerocarpa are dead in alkaline stress with 400mmol/L concentration ,which do more injure than salt stress. Nitraria sphaerocarpa regulate the body's ion hrough ion compartmentalization,Na~+ content in leaf, K ~+ content in Stem, soluble protein, SOD and chlorophyll can be served as effective indicators of saline-alkali stress.Results show that alkaline salts, single-salt, neutral salts, alkaline stress is different stresses, different salt stress on plants is different, different plants of the same salt adaptation mechanisms are not the same neither.AFLP molecular marker is used in the three plants,bred varieties in this experient.Result show that the percentage of polymorphic loci of the 3 Nitraria sphaerocarp types is 25.58%,which of Apocynum venetum is 45.45%,and of Aster tongolensis.is 55.75%. Cluster analysis shows that Aster tongolensis 5 and 6 has closest genetic relationship, Aster alpinus with short stem and local Aster tongolensis has the minimum similarity coefficient and the farthest relationship,the breeding varieties have some genetic differences.In Apocynum species, A.hendersoii and Apocynum venetum 4 has the max similarity coefficient and the closest relationship, Apocynum venetum 4 and A.lancifolium has the minimum similarity coefficient and the farthest relationshi.In Nitraria sphaerocarpa species, Nitraria sphaerocarpa 1 and xinjiang Nitraria sphaerocarpa has the max similarity coefficient and the closest relationship,while xinjiang Nitraria sphaerocarpa and local Nitraria sphaerocarpa has the opposite results.
