| With the improvement of people's living standards and the change of meals structure, lamb with its low fat and low cholesterol, enough essential fatty acids and protein, flavours and characteristics, become popular both in domestic and international,which promote the development of chinese Mutton Sheep industry. Our feedstuff resource was already incomplete, and will continue to exist. Our conventional feedstuff resource is not satisfied with the development of animal husbandry. Cultivating good pasture can relieve the problem in certain extent reduce, but still inadequate.Facing rich unconventional feed resources, development and use of non-conventional feed resources scientificly have great significance. So, with the hope of surrive some parameters in improving feeds'utilization and mutton goat's production efficiency, this trial choosed some common feeds in goat's diet to measure the effective degradation rate of their Dry matter(DM), Organic matter(OM), Crude protein(CP), Neutral detergent fiber(NDF), Acid detergent fiber(ADF) in goats rumen with nylon bag method. Choosed feeds include Corn, soybean, rapeseed, alfalfa, white clover, silage corn, silage napier, big-leaf Ma bamboo shell.This trial include three steps, first, measure each feeds nutrients parameters in the mathematical model formula of the degradation rate, include rapid degradation part"a"and Slow degradation "b"and degradation rate constant "c"; second, measure the outflow rate of each feed through rumen; third, obtain the effective degradation rate of each feeds'nutrients in goats rumen.Select 8 healthy female Nanjiang yellow goat with installed permanent rumen fistula which weighted 29.94±1.98kg. The composition of basic diet (in dry sample dollars) is corn silage 730 grams and concentrate supplement material 330 g. We measured the rumen degradation rate of these feeds'nutrients includs DM, OM, CP, NDF, ADF when feeds fermented in rumen 0,2,6,12, 24,36,48,72h later, and get each feeds nutrients parameters in the mathematical model formula of the degradation rate, include rapid degradation part "a"and slow degradation "b"and degradation rate constant "c".Feed each chrome marked feeds to three weisht29.94=1.98kg healthy female Nanjiang yellow goat, to measure the outflow rate of each feed through rumen. The results as follows:Corn is 4.52%h-1,soybean is 4.91%h-1, rapeseed is 4.89%h-1, alfalfa is 3.11%h-1, white clover is 3.78%h-1, silage corn is 3.52%h-1, silage napier is 2.71%h-1,large-leaved bamboo shoot shell is 3.14%h-1.Combine the results from the first and the second, we can obtain the effective rumen degradation rate of each feeds'nutrients in goats. The results as follows:the effective rumen degradation rate of DM, OM, CP, NDF, ADF of corn are 61.80%,61.63%,53.84%,32.11%.24.58%; the effective rumen degradation rate of DM, OM, CP, NDF, ADF of soybean are 61.49%,61.32%, 50.73%,44.37%,40.11%; the effective rumen degradation rate of DM, OM, CP, NDF, ADF of rapeseed are 40.93%,40.34%,27.99%,31.16%,16.49%; the effective rumen degradation rate of DM, OM, CP, NDF, ADF of alfalfa are 59.26%,57.92%,74.65%,29.07%,9.69%; the effective rumen degradation rate of DM, OM, CP, NDF, ADF of white clover are 64.45%,63.76%,69.02%, 48.51%,43.41%; the effective rumen degradation rate of DM, OM, CP, NDF, ADF of silage corn are 47.48%,46.15%,60.36%,29.81%,28.48%; the effective rumen degradation rate of DM, OM, CP, NDF, ADF of silage napier are 29.97%,28.37%,38.00%,24.36%,22.15%; the effective rumen degradation rate of DM, OM, CP, NDF, ADF of big-leaf Ma bamboo shell are 29.68%,27.00%, 53.73%,22.265%,19.60%.Test Conclusion as follows:1 The degradation rate of feeds'nutrients gradually increased with the Stranded time of sample in rumen prolonged.2 The outflow rate of Concentrates through the rumen of goat is faster than roughage.3 The effective degration rate of alfalfa'various nutritions except protein were lower than white clover; the effective degration rate of various nutritions of silage corn were higher than the silage Napier; the effective degration rate of rapeseed of various nutritions were lower than soybean meal.4 Corn, soybean meal, alfalfa, white clover, silage corn, big-leaf Ma bamboo shell close to limits standed in goat rumen 36h later, as rapeseed and silage Napier to 24h later, then to take advantage of its nutrients need go through the role of micro-organisms to destroyed the destruction of plant protection structures.5 The drgratition of Part of nutrients in feed at a certain time frame is reduce gradually with the standed time prolonged in rumen.6 The degration of big-leaf Ma bamboo shell is low, so it's better to do something to improve it's utilization before using. |
