Designing And Developing Of Maoershan Experimental Forestry Multiple Resources Management System Based On C#

Management of forest resources is the basis and prerequisite for forestry production. Forest resources have many characteristics, such as large amount of data, updating frequently of information data, intricate multi-dimensional information data connection. Traditional management methods are inadequate in the visual and intuitive aspects. It only makes decision blind through the previous data which would brought big trouble on business management. So a decision support system needs to provide flexible analysis and update data timely in order to reflect the status and dynamic changes of forest resources. The development of information and geographic information system technology have brought new ideas for the management of forest resources, and forestry operators began to develop decision-making system using computer and geographic information system to assist forest management decisions. In order to protect the sustainable development plan of forest resources, so that the management of forest resources developed effectively, establishing a sound system of management resources information is the most important task of forest management.For the purpose of the above, this article developed the more resource information management systems of forest based on the data of Maoershan Experimental Forest Farm'by taking the Visual C# as a development platform, ArcGIS Engine as development components and using geographic information system (GIS). The system achieved query, analysis and decision-making on a variety of forest resource information in the region of Maoershan Experimental Forest Farm. It includes the basic functions of GIS, the generation of thematic maps, forest disaster management and other functions and it finally completed a perfect, thematic forest resource management system of Maoershan Experimental Forest Farm which can be updated. The research and implementation of the system have some practical significance for the management and field investigation work in Maoershan Forest Farm.
