| Rhizomyidae, with high medicinal value and nutritional value, is China's important wildlife resources, which mainly distributed in China's southern provinces. Miscanthus floridulus, Pennisetum sinese Roxb is important forage plants of Rhizomyidae, which is also China's rich plant resources, how to make full use of these plant resources by Rhizomyidae will become particularly important. Three-growth-stage Rhizomyidae (big, young and her pups) chosen as testing animals, Pennisetum sinese Roxb, Miscanthus floridulus, Phyllostachys pubescens, Phyllostachys nuda, Phyllostachys viridis and Sincalamus oldhami chosen as testing materials and combinative design of double factors completely randomized applied in this paper, different voluntary feed intakes of different plants, different weight gains and different apparent digestibility of different nutrients by three-growth-stage Rhizomyidae were studied; Grading Index were respectively used to evaluate quality of different plants, and then the GI of different plants was figured out, which can be used to select better plants of Rhizomyidae of different growth stages, and provide reference for the Rhizomyidae breeding. Mainly results of research as follows:1. With significant test to study the different of eath nutrient contents.(1)The significant test of moisture content of 6 plants reached to extreme significant level, and the result indicated that the moisture content of 6 plants were significant. With the most ones named Pennisetum sinese Roxb reached to 79.71%, and the least ones Phyllostachys nuda only to be 40.55%.(2) The significant test of dry matter content of 6 plants reached to extreme significant level, and the result indicated that the dry matter content of 6 plants were significant. With the most ones named Phyllostachys nuda reached to 49.45%, and the least ones Pennisetum sinese Roxb only to be 47.93%.(3) The significant test of crude protein content of 6 plants reached to extreme significant level, and the result indicated that the crude protein content of 6 plants were significant. With the most ones named Pennisetum sinese Roxb reached to 6.32%, and the least ones Sincalamus oldhami only to be 4.32%.(4) The significant test of acid detergent fiber content of 6 plants reached to extreme significant level, and the result indicated that the acid detergent fiber content of 6 plants were significant. With the most ones named Sincalamus oldhami reached to 69.64%, and the least ones Pennisetum sinese Roxb only to be 50.30%.2. The significant test of the voluntary feed intakes of 6 different plants by different growth stage Rhizomyidae, reached to extreme significant level, and the result indicated that the voluntary feed intakes of 6 different plants by different growth stage over-wintering Rhizomyidae were significant. With the growth of Rhizomyidae, its voluntary feed intakes of plants increase gradually, the voluntary feed intakes of the Phyllostachys pubescens is the biggest one among the 6 plants at every growth stage of over-wintering Rhizomyidae. With the increases of the moisture content in the plants, the voluntary feed intake of over-wintering Rhizomyidae decreases.3. The significant test of the weight gains of the over-wintering Rhizomyidae by be fed with 6 different plants, reached to extreme significant level, and the result indicated that the impacts of different plants on the weight gains of the over-wintering Rhizomyidae were significant. With Miscanthus floridulus be as food, young and her pups Rhizomyidaes′weight drops least, with Phyllostachys pubescens be as food, big Rhizomyidaes′weight drops least.4. With significant test to study the different betweent 6 plants'nutrient-apparent-digestibility by three-growth-stage Rhizomyidae(1) The significant test of the apparent digestibility of dry matter of 6 plants by three-growth-stage Rhizomyidae reached to extreme significant level, and the result indicated that the impacts of different plants on the apparent digestibility of dry matter were significant. The apparent digestibility of dry matter of Pennisetum sinese Roxb and Miscanthus floridulus are better by over-wintering her pups of Rhizomyidae, which indicate that in terms of apparent digestibility of dry matter, Pennisetum sinese Roxb and Miscanthus floridulusare are more appropriate for over-wintering her pups Rhizomyidae. The apparent digestibility of dry matter of Pennisetum sinese Roxb and Phyllostachys pubescens are better by over-wintering big and young Rhizomyidae, which indicate that in terms of apparent digestibility of dry matter, Pennisetum sinese Roxb and Phyllostachys pubescens are more appropriate for over-wintering big and young Rhizomyidae.(2)The significant test of the apparent digestibility of crude protein of 6 plants by three-growth-stage Rhizomyidae reached to extreme significant level, and the result indicated that the impacts of different plants on the apparent digestibility of crude protein were significant. The apparent digestibility of crude protein of Pennisetum sinese Roxb and Miscanthus floridulus are better by over-wintering her pups ofRhizomyidae, which indicate that in terms of apparent digestibility of crude protein, Pennisetum sinese Roxb andMiscanthus floridulusare more appropriate for over-wintering her pups Rhizomyidae. The apparent digestibility of crude protein of Phyllostachys pubescens and Pennisetum sinese Roxb are more better by over-wintering big and young Rhizomyidae, which indicate that in terms of apparent digestibility of crude protein, Phyllostachys pubescens and Pennisetum sinese Roxb are more appropriate for over-wintering big and young Rhizomyidae.(3)The significant test of the apparent digestibility of acid detergent fiber of 6 plants by three-growth-stage Rhizomyidae reached to extreme significant level, and the result indicated that the impacts of different plants on the apparent digestibility of acid detergent fiber were significant. The apparent digestibility of acid detergent fiber of Pennisetum sinese Roxb and Miscanthus floridulus are better by over-wintering her pups of Rhizomyidae, which indicate that in terms of apparent digestibility of acid detergent fiber, Pennisetum sinese Roxb and Miscanthus floridulus are more appropriate for over-wintering her pups Rhizomyidae. The apparent digestibility of acid detergent fiber of Phyllostachys pubescens and Pennisetum sinese Roxb are better by over-wintering big and young Rhizomyidae, which indicate that in terms of apparent digestibility of acid detergent fiber, Phyllostachys pubescens and Pennisetum sinese Roxb are more appropriate for over-wintering big and young Rhizomyidae. 5. The quality of 6 different plants were evaluated with GI, study the GI of different plants with the significant test and sorting, with the results that: the GI of 6 plants of the her pups Rhizomyidae reached to no significant level, which indicated that the impacts of different plant on the her pups were not significant. The GI of 6 plants of the big and young Rhizomyidae reached to extreme significant level, which indicated that the impacts of different plant on the big and young Rhizomyidae were significant, the right choice of the plant will become vary important to the growth of Rhizomyidae at this stage . The GI of Miscanthus floridulus and Phyllostachys pubescens are higher than others among 6 plants at every growth stage of Rhizomyidae, which indicated that the quality of Miscanthus floridulus and Phyllostachys pubescens are better, and relatively advantageous to the growth of Rhizomyidae. |
