This research take male Xinong Saanen lambs as the object of study, by keeping feeding experiment and digestion metabolism experiment research methods, Early feeding the lambs in the four kinds of particles feed add ingredients - feed phagostimulant, enzyme, Acidifier and bacitracin zinc added to the optimization of the programme. 13 day-old healthy, weight similar male Xinong Saanen lamds were selected, were randomly divided into 21 treatment, every three goats received one treatment, and a total of five independent treatments. The first four tests were conducted to feed attractant agents, enzyme, Acidifier and bacitracin zinc add their own optimal programmes or add the level of screening, Test 5 in the pre-test results on the basis of four kinds of choices to add ingredients to add their own optimal programmes or add the level of screening to carry out compatibility test.1. The study of effect of added the feed phagostimulant on lambs feed intaking and growth performance. There are four treatments in experiment, group A received basic diet as control, group B used basic diet added 2% cane sugar, group C used basic diet added 2% cane sugar and milk tasted flavor 1.0g/kg, group D used basic diet added 2% cane sugar and strawberry tasted flavor 1.0g/kg, The results show that: B, C and D deal with the group of intake and average daily gain was higher than A 4.82g, 15.3g, 18.06g and 21.95g,49.77g,54.97g. B, C and D deal with the group of dry matter, crude protein, total energy digestibility were higher than Group A 1.89%, 9.09%, 10.20% and 4.65%, 6.35%, 6.74% and 0.87%, 7.67%, 6.69% respectively, Group D was the best program in feed phagostimulant experiment.2. The study of added the enzyme preparation for lambs digestibility and growth performance. There are four treatments in experiment, group A received basic diet as control, group B used basic diet added 5000U/kg neutral protease and 5000U/kgα- amylase, group C used basic diet added 5000U/kg neutral protease and 5000U/kg and lipase, group D used basic diet added5000U/kg neutral protease, 5000U/kg and lipase and 5000U/kgα- amylase. The results show that: B, C and D deal with the group daily gain and dry matter, crude protein, total energy digestibility were higher than Group A 22.3g, 7.98g, 23.89g and 2.27%, 0.87%, 2.68% and 4.77%, 4.20%, 4.40% and 4.56%, 0.65%, 5.18%, Thus group D was optimal enzyme preparation treatment in the program.3. The study of added the Acidifier preparation for lactating lambs digestibility and growth performance. There are three treatments in experiment, group A received basic diet as control, group B added 9g/kg Power Acid of China, group C used basic diet added 9g/kg Selacid, The results indicated: in B and C treatments daily gain and dry matter, crude protein, total energy of the apparent digestibility high than group A 24.43g, 21.17g and 4.06%, 1.98% and 0.88%, 0.49% and 5.25 %, 2.37% respectively, Thus group B was optimal Acidifying agent treatment in the program.4. The study of effect of added the bacitracin zinc on lambs feed intaking and growth performance. There are four treatments in experiment, group A received basic diet as control, group B used basic diet added 400U/kg bacitracin zinc, group C used basic diet added 800U/kg bacitracin zinc, group D used basic diet added 1200U/kg bacitracin zinc. The results showed that: B, C and D deal with the group daily gain and dry matter, crude protein, total energy, respectively, over the apparent digestibility of Group A high 12.46 g, 36.13g, 14.59g and 2.31%, 5.95%, 1.96 % and 0.77%, 2.28%, 0.97% and 1.25%, 3.54%, 1.06%, Thus group C was optimal bacitracin zinc treatment in the program.5. The study of effect of matching the feed phagostimulant-strawberry tasted flavor, enzyme, Acidifying and bacitracin zinc on lambs digestibility and growth performance. There are six treatments in experiment, group A received basic diet as control, group B used basic diet added feed phagostimulant-strawberry tasted flavor, enzyme and Acidifying, group C used basic diet added feed phagostimulant-strawberry tasted flavor, enzyme and bacitracin zinc, group D used basic diet added Acidifying, enzyme and bacitracin zinc, group E used basic diet added Acidifying, feed phagostimulant-strawberry tasted flavor and bacitracin zinc, group F used basic diet added acidifying, feed phagostimulant-strawberry tasted flavor, enzyme and bacitracin zinc. The treatment level used for matching is by the various additives are selected in the previous four Optimal programs. The results showed that: B,C,D,E and F deal with the group daily gain and dry matter, crude protein, total energy, respectively, over the apparent digestibility of Group A high 54.03g, 50.39g, 48.18g, 58.13g, 60.73g and 6.05%, 4.36%, 5.25%, 7.53%, 8.46% and 6.87%, 6.34%, 6.59%, 4.79%, 7.18% and 6.05%, 3.59%, 2.47%, 7.02%, 7.54%. The results show that comprehensive analysis, Add the four components of the best, This was followed by add feed Acidifying, phagostimulant-strawberry tasted flavor and bacitracin zinc; add feed phagostimulant-strawberry tasted flavor, enzyme and Acidifying; add feed enzyme, phagostimulant-strawberry tasted flavor and bacitracin zinc; add feed enzyme, Acidifying and bacitracin zinc. Of these, four components and add feed acidifying, phagostimulant-strawberry tasted flavor and bacitracin zinc three components of the production of the joint add significantly superior to other combinations(P<0.05). However, no significant difference between the two group(P>0.05), other combinations difference is not significant(P>0.05).
