In this paper, 23 different developmental stages of pleurotus eryngii strains(mycelium of PDA,primordial period, fruiting period), different parts (stipe, cap) with the work of esterase enzyme spectrum, found between the different strains tested showed a greater genetic diversity, different developmental stages, sampling different parts of the same strain of the esterase pattern, are not identical; high-yield strains are simultaneously at different migration times were 0.71,0.84,0.91, the expression of high levels of esterase may be associated with high yield.Esterase expression of pleurotus eryngii, with the growth and development, followed by increasd expression of esterase , esterase expression of primordial to be the highest , along with the formation of fruiting bodies, the expression decreased; compared to the expression of high producing strains, high-yield strain expressed more than that of low-yield strains.Cloned of the esterase gene family in the acetylxylan esterase and the esterase gene of carotrnoids, their sequence features were analyzed, and its semi-quantitative expression analysis; high-yield strains and low-yield strains of esterase expression is consistent with the relative activity, acetylxylan esterase at the stage of flat mycelia and primordial, the gene expressed higher, expected growth of 5-day cultivation of mycelium on planting material at low level of gene expression. Carotenoids esterase of the flat mycelia, primordial and cap stage higher espressed than that of growth 5 days culture on planting material.
