Application Of MeJA In Regulation Of Floret Opening In Hybrid Rice Seed Production

In order to obtain a modulator which adjust blooming time of CMS efficient, taking pure water as the control(treatmentâ… ), the 4 treatments of (1.0mmol/L) MeJA (treatmentâ…¡),(1.0mmol/L) MeJA+(20mg/L) GA3(treatmentâ…¢),(1.0mmol/L) MeJA+(0.02mg/L) 2.4-epiBR(treatmentâ…£),(1.0mmol/L) MeJA+(3kg/hm2) KH2PO4+(1.5 kg/hm2) H3BO3(treatmentâ…¤) were sparyed parents of hybrid rice of "Rong feng A and R245", "Zhong 3A and Zhong hui 286", "Rong feng A and R3" before the floret opening of flowering stage, different treatments on Floret opening hours, the distance between floret, glume angle, stigma length, floret opening dynamics, the stigma exserting rate, stigma viablility, yeild components and other differences were campared. The results showed:(1) All treatments induced "Zhong 3 A" and "Rong feng A" floret opening and had glume obious peak. Treatmentâ…£induce "Zhong 3A" and "Rong feng A" floret opening obviously. After "Rong feng A and R245" and "Rong feng A and R3" were sparyed, floter opening peak appeared half an hour earlier. Treatmentâ…¢extended stigma viability of "Zhong 3 A" and "Rong feng A" 1 or 2 days.(2) All treatments extend the floret opening hours of "Zhong 3A" and "Rong feng A", increase the distance between floret and glume angle. As the control, treatmentâ…¢significantly extend Floret opening hours of "Zhong 3A" and "Rong feng A", treatment IVsignificantly extend the distance between floret and glume angle of "Zhong 3A" and "Rong feng A", but extend stigma length nonsignificantly.(3) In the trial of the yield components, grain weight among all treatments were no significantly. Treatmentâ…¢,â…¤significantly increase actual yeild of "Rong feng A and R245", "Zhong 3A and Zhong hui 286", "Rong feng A and R3".(4) In the case of good flowering, actual yeild is affected by glume angle, stigma length, setting rate and the stigma exserting rate. After setting rate is effected by glume angle, stigma length and the stigma exserting rate, actual yeild is effected.
