In order to explore the regulation methods of the floret opening, and verification mechanism of the floret opening, taking rice and coix as materials, we study the effect on the floret opening treated by jasmonic acid biosynthesis inhibitors, potassium ion channel inhibitors and amylase inhibitors, the research result shows that:1. The floret opening in rice and coix is inhibited by the jasmonic acid biosynthesis inhibitors SA (1-10mmol/L), SHAM (1-10mmol/L), DIECA (0.5-5mmol/L) and ibuprofen (0.1-1mmol/L) treated at 8:00 early in the morning. These inhibitors also inhibit floret opening in rice and coix induced by 2mmol/L MeJA.2. The floret opening in rice is significantly inhibited by the potassium ion channel inhibitors TEA (1-10mmol/L), BaCl2·6H2O (2-10g/L) and CsCl (1-10mmol/L) treated at 8:00 early in the morning. Within 10mmol/L,5mmol/L and lmmol/L TEA treatment, lmmol/L TEA shows the most obviously inhibition of floret opening in rice and coix; the content of potassium ion in rice and coix decreased with the treatment of TEA, BaCl2·6H2O and CsCl; These inhibitors also inhibit floret opening in rice and coix induced by 2mmol/L MeJA.3. The floret opening in rice and coix can be inhibited by the amylase inhibitors EDTA (0.01-1mmol/L), ABA (10-50mg/L), CuSO4 (1-10mmol/L), BR (0.01-1μg/L) and HgCl2(0.01-1 mmol/L) treated at 8:00 early in the morning. Within the treatment of 10mmol/L,5mmol/L and 10mmol/L CUSO4 in rice and coix, the 10mmol/L CuSO4 shows the most obviously inhibition; These inhibitors also inhibit floret opening in rice and coix induced by 2mmol/L MeJA; After the treatment of amylase inhibitors EDTA,ABA,CuSO4,BRå'ŒHgCl2 in rice, the activity of amylase reduced.
