| In recent years, adjustment of Xinjiang's plantation structure in land has accelerated quickly, ranged from food to cotton, fruit, greenhouse vegetable and so on. Along with the increase of fertilizer application, its usage rate, usage structure, and usage pattern have also changed significantly. Fertilizers usage indeed can increase agricultural yield, however, its negative influences are more and more obvious consequently. The farmers and other agricultural products in the main fertilizer input, and also changes in agricultural planting stucture, change, or choose a different main crops. Owing to existence of the law of diminishing returns of land and farmers "short interest" choice behavior on fertilizer, the marginal benefit of fertilizer usage is in declining, meanwhile, farmers' improper fertilization not only enhances production cost, but only aggravate the agricultural non-point source pollution. To analyze soil pollution, water pollution, air pollution and quality problems of agricultural products caused by over-usage of fertilizer with qualitative analysis. As considering the characteristics of agricultural non-point source pollution and farmers acting as fertilizer application, it is very difficult to guide appropriate usage, hence, studying on how to guide adaptable fertilizer usage can reduce agricultural production costs, improve efficiency, protect and maintain the ecological environment.The papers on the basis of analysis Xinjiang's plantation structure of agricultural land and change of fertilizer usage, this paper apply regression model to examine the relationship among fertilizer usage amount, unit production amount of different plantation structure, and then comes to that although the quantity of chemical fertilizer per unit area of different crops planting structure yields a certain extent, but the impact of chemical fertilizer is somewhat different, the unit fertilizer use on arable agricultual land planted with different structure of the level of contribution of crop output sort fot vegetables>fruit>cotton >foor.Then, by way of growth index to analyze the relationship between fertilizer usage and production increase value of agriculture, and draw the conclusion that both the fertilizer usage per unit area in Aksu district and agriculture output value experienced fast growth in 1980s and 1990s;consequently,the agricultural growth is no longer dependent on fertilizers usage in late 20 Century. The farmers are planting fetilizer application and agricultural change in the microscopic structure of the main, farmers applying fertilizer directly affects the behavior of crop yields, crop output growth and agricultural ecological environment.The papers based upon theroy of household behavior to design household questionnaire, and then this paper carries out a field survey on fertilizer usage on 217 households in 7 town County, Aksu District. Moreover, this paper uses statistical analysis on survey data, and illustrages the basic characteristics of local farmers, agricultural plant ation structure, agricultural operation, cognition of fertilizer usage and environmental pollution caused by over-usage of fertilizer. Consequently, this paper apply multiple regression analysis to find out the cause between fertilization over-usage and choice of plantation structure, then get the resulst that farmers who consider soil quality, climatic conditions and other reasons to choose the current planation structure tend to apply more fertilizer.To further investigate the problem, using binary Logistic regression model to analyze influence factors of farmers' excessive fertilization, the coming results are that farmers' working time on land, channels for access to information, the negative attitude and congition of reasons to change of soil quality to fertilizer over-usage have obvious postive influence on decsion on fertilizer usage, what is more, variable coefficients are relatively large. However, the education level below middle school, household plantation size and training for fertilizer usage technology have obvious negative impact on decsion on fertilizer usage.Based on this, given the current conditions of farmers' fertilizer usage, and then from the three layers such as enterprise, government as well as farmers comes up to the series of suggestions as follows: fertilizer company should be market-oriented and optimize supply pattern; government should increase subsidies to low-income households and greately implement education or refer to legislation to guide farmers to implement reasonable and scientific fertilizers usage, accordingly, enhance fertilizer usage efficiency and control and reduce agricultural non-point source pollution. and control farmers fertilizer behavior. |
