Study On The Protection Will And Influence Factors Of Farmers' Cultivated Land In The Pearl River Delta Region

In the context of urban and rural integration,the degree of farmers' industrialization in the economically developed areas is increasing.Pure farmers are getting less and less,and the fact that farmers do not hold land or only hold a small part of the land is becoming more and more common.Therefore,the policy of cultivated land protection and the related economic compensation policy in the developed areas are difficult to produce high efficiency.A lot of academic achievements have been made in the field of farmland protection compensation from the perspective of farmers,but most of them take farmers as a whole.For the integration of urban and rural areas,farmers due to internal differentiation of economic development?The differences and influence factors of farmers' cognition and willingness on cultivated land protection brought by this result.There is not much empirical research on this aspect.This study collates the protection policy of cultivated land in Guangdong province and the current situation of the compensation for the protection of cultivated land,found that the problems of low compensation standard,high compensation fund raising pressure,unreasonable division of compensation standard,and single economic compensation range and means of compensation are found.On this basis,using the questionnaire survey method,this paper makes an empirical study on Farmers' willingness to protect cultivated land in Guangdong province from the point of view of part-time job and facultative degree.On the basis of empirical research,the logistic regression model is used to analyze the factors affecting the protection will of different types of farmers' cultivated land.The results showed that the concurrent industry and the degree of concurrent industry had a significant negative impact on Farmers' willingness to protect farmland,that is,the higher the farmers with concurrent business,the lower their willingness to protect farmland.For different types of farmers,the factors that affect their willingness to protect the cultivated land are different.The factors influencing farmers' willingness to protectfarmland were arranged according to the contribution rate from large to small: Is it willing to plant land,per capita arable land,age and number of ploughed plots at present;The factors influencing the willingness of farmland protection of Facultative farmers I were arranged according to the contribution rate from large to small:per capita arable land area,degree of policy cognition,To get the subsidy of the related cultivated land or not and the cognition degree of the main body of cultivated land protection;The factors influencing the willingness of farmland protection of Facultative farmers II were arranged according to the contribution rate from large to small:The cognition of the way of cultivated land protection,is it willing to plant land,whether it is important to strengthen the protection of cultivated land and the cognition degree of the main body of cultivated land protection.
