Ectomycorrhizal fungi could form symbioints with plants. About 10% of plants, mostly for the tree species in the world, can form this kind of symbioints. The formation of mycorrhizal symbioints could promote plant growth and nutrient uptake significantly, which could produce far-reaching influence on forest ecological systems. It is generally believed that in the long-term evolution pine foreign born has formed strong dependence in mycorrhizal fungi. Pinus tabulaeformis have few root hairs and have to rely on mycorrhizal fungi in the symbioints to absorb moisture and nutrients in the natural conditions. Therefore, ectomycorrhizal formation between the fungi and the trees is the necessary premise of health growth.In the present experiment. Laccaria laccat (L.l). Boletus eduis (B.e), Gomphidius victorius (G.v), Suilus grecillei (S.g). Suillus luteus (S.I) were used to inoculate pinus tabulueformis plants and observed of the growth and nutrient uptake of mycorrhized pinus tabulaeformis seedlings. The purpose was to screen effient mycorrhizal fungi for the overwhelming majority of the northern regions of mycorrhizal pinus tabulaeformis seedling afforestation. Its main research results were as follows:â… . Vaccinating ectomycorrhizal fungi can obviously increases the mvcorrhizal turn level of young pinus tabulaeformis. The mycorrhizal turn level of uninoculated plant was only 4.2%,and that is 66.0%-93.2% of vaccinated plants.The infected rate was different from the different fungi in pinus tabulaeformis,the rate as follows:S.g> L.l> S.I> G.v> B.e.2. Vaccinating ectomycorrhizal fungi could promote the growth of plant, including improving the height.diameter and biomass. S.g.S.l, L.I, these strains are excellent in promoting the height, ground diameter and lateral root number. The result shows that the vaccination of ectomycorrhizal fungi could obviously stimulate the growth of pinus tabulaeformis seedlings. The pinus tabulaeformis seedlings that inoculated by S.l had obvious influences in biomass,and there was significant differences with contrast, the biomass of fresh weight increasing 36.27%, dry weight improving 30.47%; but G.v had not apparent plant promoting effect, at the same time, the ground diameter, biomass were even lower than contrast.The fungi of G.v could form symbiotic relation with pinus tabulaeformis. but during the observation periods it suppressed the growth of pinus tabulaeformis.3. The formation of mycorrhizal can promote the absorption of nutrients, especially the absorption of nitrogen and phosphorus, potassium absorption of no significant impact. Different strains had different influence on the effects of pinus tabulaeformis. Nutrients mainly concentrated on the ground distribution, thus promote the part of aboveground growth, and this result was also consistent with the conclusion of root-shoot ratio.4. After the mycorrhizal formation, enzyme activity in plant rhizospheric soil had rised significantly. The activity of catalase in pinus tabulaeformis rhizosphere which treated by 5 kinds of mycorrhizal fung was higher than the control. Various strains improved respectively 1.40%-22.23% than control processing. The activity of urease and protease were also significantly improved, especially urease, the effect was very obvious. The nutrient of pinus tabulaeformis vaccinated was significantly higher than control group, promoting the absorbtion and using nitrogen element. After inoculating mycorrhizal fungi in pinus tabulaeformis rhizosphere. acidic phosphatase activity was higher than control group.lt had different degrees of improvement during 5 kin (?) of fungi, but the increase was small, no obvious difference.To sum up, inoculating five different srains of ectomycorrhizal fungi in pinus tabulaeformis seedlings, greenhouse training after 3 months. Then according to infection, mycorrhizal plant growth condition, nutrient absorption conditions and enzyme conditions of soil rhizosphere comprehensive analysis, and the results showed that S.g. S.l. L.l having significant positive impacts on pinus tabulaeformis seedlings, promoting plant growth.They are the best mycorrhizal fungi of pinus tubulaeformis. so these three strains can be used for promotion.
