In order to explore the feasibility of the mushroom rod as a seedling substrate and the appropriate proportion of the mushroom stick in the seedling substrate,in order to provide theoretical support for the research on the physical and chemical properties of the mushroom rod as a cultivation substrate,and provide technical support for the precise regulation of the mushroom rod as a cultivation substrate.In this paper,the annual oil pine seedlings were used as experimental materials,and the seedling original soil,humus,vermiculite,mushroom rod and sandy soil were used as the main components,and five seedling substrates were prepared according to the volume ratio,such as,original soil 30% + humus soil 10% + vermiculite 5% +mushroom stick 35% + sand 20%(T1),original soil 40% + humus soil 10% + vermiculite 5% +bacteria stick 25% + sand 20%(T2),original soil 50% + humus soil 10% + vermiculite 5% +fungus 15% + sand 20%(T3),original soil 60% + humus soil 10% + vermiculite 5% + The strain bar 5% + sand 20%(T4),with the nursery original soil as the control(CK),the Pinus Tabulaeformis light substrate container seedling test was carried out in the nutrient bowl.The research results are as follows:(1)After the growth of the Pinus tabulaeformis container seedlings grown in the mixed matrix,the height-to-diameter ratio of the seedlings treated with T1,T2 and T3 was significantly lower than that of CK;the T1,T2,T3 and T4 treatments of the Pinus tabulaeformis seedlings The crown width was significantly higher than that of CK,and the crown size of seedlings was the highest in T1 treatment.The analysis of biomass showed that T4,T3 and T1 treatments were significantly better than CK;the seedling quality index,leaf length and leaf area of T1 treated seedlings Both are significantly higher than CK.(2)Analysis of the effect of matrix composition on the nutrient content in the vegetative organs of Pinus tabulaeformis seedlings.The average content of total N,total P and organic matter in the vegetative organs of T1 treated container seedlings was significantly higher than that of CK and other treatments..(3)Analysis of the influence of matrix composition on the underground morphology index of Pinus tabulaeformis seedlings,the total root length of T1 and T3 treatment,and the total surface area of root system per plant in the underground morphology index of the differently treated substrates.The average root diameter and average root tip number were significantly better than CK and other treatments;the total root length and total root tip number of the roots of the control group were significantly higher than those of T2 and T4 treatment;the T1 treatment had the largest root length but with CK.There was no significant difference,and the root length of T4 treatment was significantly lower than other treatments.(4)Analysis of the content of elements in the matrix shows that the content of total phosphorus,total nitrogen and organic matter in the different substrates used in the seedlings of this experiment is significantly higher than that of CK,and the content of total N,total P and organic matter in the matrix treated by T1 is the largest.Significantly higher than CK and other processing.Correlation analysis showed that the content of total phosphorus in roots,stems and leaves was positively correlated with total phosphorus and total nitrogen in the matrix.The higher the total P and total N content in the matrix,the higher total nitrogen content in roots,stems and leaves.The higher.There was a significant positive correlation between the content of organic matter in roots and stems and the content of organic matter in the matrix.The content of organic matter in the needles was negatively correlated with the content of organic matter in the matrix.Therefore,the growth of the Pinus tabulaeformis seedlings in the mixed matrix is superior to that of CK,which is optimally grown in the T1 treated mixed matrix.The mushroom stick can promote the growth of seedlings,and it is recommended to promote the application of mixed matrix with mushroom stick as the main component.
