The collective forests refer to the part play the ecological commonweal benefit in the collective forest. It has an important position ecological environment construction in Beijing.Under the background of implementation of collective forest right reform in China, Beijing welfare forest executes compensation collective management system by government, in accordance with the public welfare forest area, implement to farmers into the management classes, gives farmers certain economic compensation. Scientifically and reasonably develop forest managers survey is the premise for collective forest tenure refonn.With China's forestry science development, forest managers survey technology gradually shifting from the traditional ground investigation, turned to the remote sensing (RS) and geographic infonnation system (GIS) and satellite positioning system (GPS) and other new technology rapid survey direction.The main Contents of this paper is in the community range (take San Cha Cun in Huairou area as an example),how to combine Angle survey method and 3S survey to divide and investigate subcompartment of the welfare forest belonging to collective forests, to improve work efficiency.Under 3S technology support, using remote sensing image (QucikBird) and cartographical map can divide subcompartment; Through DEM generated from cartopographic map can extract land forest's basic infonnation, such as gradient value, altitude value, and aspect. After filed Angle survey, Use survey data to test the accuracy of extractive information of the subcompartment.Then Angle point's floristic composition information would be used as interpreting marks template of supervised classification, to establish category templates.At last,it can perform supervised Classification.On the basis of supervised classification,we can judge the land categories of each subcompartment, distinguish the welfare forests,economic forest and non-forest land, extract floristic composition information and superiority species of every subcompartment。The results of the study show that, the extractive information of forest land has higher precision。It can satisfy the precision requirement of forest resource surveys。For example, extractive gradient value's accuracy is 99.1%; Altitude's extractive accuracy is 99.1%. Use Angle survey data and supervised classification method can distinguish superiority species in remote sensing images。The extractive precision of the stand that superiority specie is lime tree is 82.61%. The extractive precision of the stand that superiority specie is oak tree is 92%.Economic foreste's Interpretation accuracy is 84.21%. Non-forest's Interpretation accuracy is 100%.In this paper, the main conclusion is inverting the Angle survey information to remote sensing images which has high resolution, can extract forestland's basic survey factor (slope,altitude,aspect), distinguish foresty's superiority specie, divide compartment and survey compartment.
