The Research Of Flavonoids Contents And Allelopathic Effects Of Oxytropis Glabra DC. In Ordos Grassland

Flavonids is a kind of secondary metabolites during the growth of plants, and flavonids have lots of pharmacological actions as one of the main active moiety of medicinal plants. Oxytropis glabra DC. is a kind of medicinal plants on steppe. And it is widespread and resourceful.For effectively using the flavonids of Oxytropis glabra DC.,total flavonids was obtained from Oxytropis glabra DC. by means of alcohol and determined by spectrophotometry. Using one-factor experimental research the effect of ethanol concentration, extraction time, ratio of material to solvent, and extraction temperature of water bath on the results of the total flavonids extracting ratios. Based on that do the orthogonal experimental, the optimum conditions for extraction were ethanol concentration-70%, extraction time-2.5h extraction temperature of water bath-80℃, ratio of material to solvent-1:60.The developed method was utilized to extract flavonids contents during the different growth time of Oxytropis glabra DC.from May to September. The result shows:September has most total flavonids-13.0mg/g,and august has lest total flavonids-6.2mg/g. The trend of the content of flavonids during different period is:Septemper>May>June>July>August.Extract the content of total flavonids of underground part of Oxytropis glabra DC.(roots) and the average is 4.3mg/g.Flavonids is one of the important allelochemicals. Ror acquaintance the allelopathic effects between Oxytropis glabra DC. and other plants and the effect on allelopathy of flavonids,a bioassay method was used to detect the allelopathy of different concentration extracts of overground and underground part of Oxytropis glabra DC.on germination and seedling growth of eleven kinds of plants seeds like grass seeds vegetable seeds and grain seeds.The results show that:most of the seeds culturing under different concentration extracts of Oxytropis glabra DC. accord with regular rules that seeds has more inbibitional effect if concentration extracts is higher.But Raphanus sativus L.seeds show much response that seeds have more acceleration under low concentration extracts and more inbibitional effect under high concentration extracts.Otherwise, low concentration extracts have more acceleration on germination and seedling growth of Cucumis sativus, Brassica pekinesis, Brassica campestris, Triticum aestirum and Scrghum vulgare seeds.In general, the allelopathic effects of Oxytropis glabra DC. overground part is stronger than underground part which accords with underground part having more flavonids.
