Taking a badly seashore saline land in the city of Tangshan as the research object, adoting some measures of build stair-fields, constructing isolation layers and diging open drains. In order to detect the best methord of building stair-fields and diging open drains for Seashore saline land, summarizing the water and salt dynamic changes between diffevent stair-fields by observating moisture and saltinity content continuoursly.Study founds that negative correlation between contents of water and salt is also significant. In one year, the change of water content is increasing first in July or August and then decreasing, but the salt content shows the contrary trend. Drainning and desalting obviously by building stair-fields, constructiong isolation layer and diging open drains. As the soil conductivity is changed from 10.57ms/cm to between 5 and 7ms/cm after building stair-fields, soil salinity content is decreased. The soil conductivity of three big stair-fields maintained at 5ms/cm. The isolation layer is good medium of drain and desalt, because it can effectively rule out the deep soil moisture and inhibit the accumulation of salt in the soil surface. After comparison, the platform field with the a layer of two parallel stripes from south to north and one stripe from east to west is the best methord for laboratory, because the effect of desalt is better than the platform field with the all layer and platform field with a layer of two parallel stripes from south to north. But the differences between different materials had no significant effect.
