Soil and Water Conservation of China's basic national policy of long-term adherence.Soil and Water Conservation Benefits Evaluation is an important part of the system. Is a multi-factor,multi-objective, multi-index comprehensive evaluation of system efficiency.Sandy areas of northern China is more serious in areas of soil erosion. Sandstorm area north can be seen already very fragile ecological environment,so in economic development,focusing on social benefits transfer should also significantly improve the soil and water conservation and soil conservation benefits and ecological benefits,has reached to further enhance comprehensive benefits.
