Vetch (Vicia Leguminosae) is an excellent legume plants, their resistance and wide adaptability, can be used for forage, hay, silage and so on. In this experiment, planted in Gongzhuling and collected in Jilin Province, Vetch plants as test material, from the external morphology and ISSR markers study the Vetch germplasm genetic diversity, the results as follows:According to the diversity of the 22 morphological characters showed that 9 of vetch germplasm resources were abundant morphological variation. The average coefficient of variation was 33.11%, knot to first pod the largest; average diversity index was 1.243, plant height, knots on main stem, knot to first pod, pods per plant the highest. Correlation analysis showed that various forms of vetch significantly correlated between features. Plant height and days to mature, 100-seed weight and several other traits there were significant or highly significant correlation; pods per fruiting node, stalk length two biological traits and the other 21 traits were not significantly related. Cluster analysis showed that the tested materials can be divided into four categories:No.3 Antu County of Yanbian Vicia pseudorobus, No.4 Antu County of Yanbian Vicia pseudorobus and No.2 Jiangmifeng of Jilin Vicia pseudorobus, No.5 Jingyuetan Forest Park of Changchun Vicia pseudorobus clustering. No.7 Jiangmifeng of Jilin Vicia amoena, No.9 Antu County of Yanbian Vicia amoena were clustering. No.1 Jingyuetan Forest Park of Changchun Vicia pseudorobus and No.8 Antu County of Yanbian Vicia tenuifolia were clustering. No.6 Antu County of Yanbian Vicia unijuga was separate branch. Principal component analysis,4 principal components could explain 92.32% of the variance overall. Principal components 1 and 2, the main component is the most important element, they were explained 36.59% and 30.33% total variation. The first principal component is days to mature, plant height, knots on main stem, pod apes shape, seed color and other indicators of load is large; the second principal component is internode length, plant branch, pod width and other indicators of load is large; the third principal component is seeds per pod indicators of load is large; the fourth principal component is stalk length indicators of load is large.Established a Vicia L. germplasm materials ISSR marker amplification system, the selected primers 8 to 9 vetch species to study genetic differentiation of populations, the results show that: ISSR amplified 72 amplified bands were obtained points, including 70 polymorphic loci, loci per primer 3 to 11, an average of 9, the polymorphism rate was 97.22%. The number of polymorphic bands among the populations ranged between 31 to 53, groups of Nei's genetic diversity index ranged between 0.1645~0.2447; the various groups of Shannon's information index ranged between 0.2422-0.3699.9 vetch species of genetic identity between populations ranged between 0.7047~0.8552, the genetic distance between the range of 0.1565~0.3500. Using UPGMA cluster analysis to the limit of 0.11 genetic distance, the vetch species 9 were clustered into 5 categories. No.3 Antu County of Yanbian Vicia pseudorobus and No.4 Antu County of Yanbian Vicia pseudorobus first cluster, No.2 Jiangmifeng of Jilin Vicia pseudorobus, No.5 Jingyuetan Forest Park of Changchun Vicia pseudorobus cluster. Then the two groups constitute the first major branch. No.7 Jiangmifeng of Jilin Vicia amoena, No.9 Antu County of Yanbian Vicia amoena were clustering. Third, fourth, five groups are the No.1 Jingyuetan Forest Park of Changchun Vicia pseudorobus, No.6 Antu County of Yanbian Vicia unijuga and No.8 Antu County of Yanbian Vicia tenuifolia three populations, independent into the branch.Comprehensive analysis of ISSR markers and morphological markers the cluster analysis, the two are basically the same, but a few materials is not consistent. Morphological differences to Vicia L. species as the main classification is based on incomplete, ISSR markers can more effectively reflect the large difference in the genetic relationship between species status, assistive technologies should be used to study molecular markers of germplasm resources.
