| Genetically modified crops develop rapiddly,which make great economic benefits,but also bring potential risks.So it has important significance for reaching the disffusion rule of gengtically modified crops pollen to establishing and quantifying the risk assessment system.At present the methods of reseaching the pollen of genetically modified crops diffusion rule mainly divided into two categories:gravity method and volume method.The former needs a lot of human resources,and the latter affects the local natual conditions. Aiming at the shortcomings of these two methods,we propose a new way to getting the genetically modified crops pollen image with imaging the pollen,which does not affect the local environment,frees labour force,and obtains the real-time distribution information of gengtically modified crops in the space.This thesis mainly studies the the design of Genetically modified crops pollen image acquisition system based on ARM_Linux technology.This article introduces the design process of genetically modified crops pollen image acquisition system from two aspects of hardware and software.The instrument takes samsung's S3C2440A as it's process core,develops the function modules which automatic imaging needs,designs the power module,stepping motor driver module and CMOS digital microscopy.System software platform for the study mainlt includes embedded Linux system porting and customization,developping the CMOS driver and stepping motor driver in Linux,Qtopia program development.Finally we dispose and indentify the genetically modified crops pollen images on the computer and design the software which can disposes and indentifise the image automaticly.The instrument has observed at experimental base in Lishui Jiangsu province in September 2009 and September 2010,and got a lot of images of genetically modified rice pollen and genetically modified corn pollen.The data is reliable compared with the tranditional acquisition methods,and supplys the genetically modified crops risk assessment system powerfully.At last we point out the pollen diffusion rule per hour in the day according to the data from the instrument every hour. |
