Avian gout also named urate deposition disease, which more seen visceral gout to clinical, and often result in serious economic losses to poultry production industry. There are as many as 20 species to cause the etiology of poultry happen gout, but high calcium is one of the more common, and the important reason of diseases. To investigate the effect of different calcium sources of high level calcium ration on avian performance and pathogenesis of gout in growers. One hundred and twenty 35 days of old healthy ISA growers were randomly divided into three groups. The growers in different groups were fed with normal calcium(called groupâ… ,0.9% calcium),high calcium of stone powder(called groupâ…¡,3.78% calcium)and high calcium of calcium hydrogen phosphate(called groupâ…¢,3.78% calcium) respectively. The experiment lasted 65 days.respectively,by the method of the clinicopathology histopathology and immunohistochemistry to the pathogenesis of gout in growers. The test results are as follows:In experiment one,at the experiment of 16 days, serum uric acid, urea N,creatinine and MDA increased, meanwhile, serum phosphorus decreased in the groupâ…¡;serum uric acid, urea N increased in the groupâ…¢as compared with the control group; At the experiment of 50 days, serum calcium, uric acid, urea N,creatinine,XOD and MDA increased, meanwhile, serum phosphorus decreased in the groupâ…¡;serum urea N,MDA and creatinine increased, meanwhile, serum phosphorus decreased in the groupâ…¢as compared with the control group; At the experiment of 65 days, serum uric acid, urea N,creatinine,XOD and MDA increased, meanwhile, serum phosphorus decreased in the groupâ…¡;serum urea N,MDA and XOD increased, meanwhile, serum phosphorus decreased in the groupâ…¢as compared with the control group;as compared with the control group, both groupâ…¡and groupâ…¢have higher kidney/body ratio. The result showed the high different calcium source of high calcium diets to the growers have some influences and make some damage to the kidney. In experiment two,at the experiment of 16 days, serum MDA increased, meanwhile, serum GSH-PX and SOD decreased in the groupâ…¡as compared with the control group; At the experiment of 50 days, serum GSH-PX,NO,XOD and MDA increased, meanwhile, serum SOD and T-AOC decreased in the groupâ…¡;serum GSH-PX,MDA and NO increased, meanwhile, serum SOD decreased in the groupâ…¢as compared with the control group; At the experiment of 65 days, serum XOD and MDA increased, meanwhile, serum T-AOC decreased in the groupâ…¡;serum MDA and XOD increased, meanwhile, serum GSH-PX and T-AOC decreased in the groupâ…¢as compared with the control group; At the experiment of 65 days, renal cell mitochondria MDA increased, meanwhile, renal cell mitochondria T-AOC and SOD decreased in the group â…¡.renal cell mitochondria T-AOC decreased in the group III as compared with the control group; The results showed that the two kind of dietary high calium from different calium source could result in damage of the anti-oxidant system of growers, also influenced the function of renal cell mitochondria anti-oxidant and free radical metabolism a certain extent. In experiment three, using light microscopy to observe the organization morphological of the both high calcium group that showed there were some pathological changes in the epithelium cells of renal tubule;renal connective tissue bleeding, the space of renal capsule became bigger and lots of urate deposited in glomeruli; In the kidney biopsy, there were lots of neutrophil.p53 protein were expressed in kidney tissues of the growers of gout, especially the positive cells appeared in the epithelial cells of renal tubule. This study investigated the occurrence of gout in chicken kidney cell apoptosis in the pathogenesis appears to provide a basis for experiments.
