Study On Soluble Organic Nitrogen And Soil Nitrogen-Supplying Capacity In The Soil Of Phyllostachys Pubescens' Forest After Fertilizations

In this study,the chang of soluble organic nitrogen and soil nitrogen-supplying capacity in soil which were fertilized special fertilizer for Phyllostachys Pubescens, fat slag of 39% and 45% and the contrast of non-fertilization examined under different fertilizations,original stands and different changes in seasons and soil layes inYong feng county,Jiangxi province, and at the same time SON was used as an indicator to discuss the capacity of soil nitrogen-supply and the effects on the growth of Phyllostachys Pubescens under different fertilizations in order to provide a theoretical basis for using soil reasonably,guiding the production of Phyllostachys Pubescens,reasonable fertilization, protecting ecological environment and promoting sustainable development of Phyllostachys Pubescens.(1) The content of SON in the soil of Phyllostachys Pubescens forest was significantly different under the different fertilizer treatments(P<0.01).In the four fertilization treatments,applying special fertilizer for Phyllostachys Pubescens the content of SON in soil was the highest,applying fat slag was the lowest,but no fertilization between the tow.Compared with the no fertilization,applying special fertilizer for Phyllostachys Pubescens the content of TSN and SON in soil was respectively increased by 11.21% and 3.36%,the ratio of SON/TSN was decreased by 8.73% ;between the fat slag of 39% and 45%,the content of TSN was respectively increased by 2.33% and 4.61%,the content of SON and the ratio of SON/TSN was respectively decreased by 6.89%,9.34% and 3.30%,8.01%.(2) The content of SON in the soil of Phyllostachys Pubescens forest was significantly different under the different original stands (P<0.01).The content of SON and TSN was basically consistency in the soil of natural and artificial original stands and the overall performance of natual oridinal stands was higher than the artificial original stands.Compared with the artificial originM in 4M in 4al stands,the of SON and TSN in the soil of natual oridinal stands was respectively increased by 14.21% and 17.08%.(3)The content of SON in the soil of Phyllostachys Pubescens forest under different seasons and soil layers:The divergence and noticeable T-test indicated that the content of TSN and SON was significantly different under the different seasons and soil layers (P<0.01). The content of SON and TSN overall performanted that the dry seasons was higher than the rainy seasons and the 0-15cm was higher than the 15-30cm. Compared with the rainy seasons, the content of SON and TSN was respectively increased by 15.55% and 10.89% in the dry seasons. Compared with the 15-30cm, the content of SON and TSN was respectively increased by 5.65% and 5.60% in the 0-15cm.(4) The correlation analysis of SON and other characters in the soil of Phyllostachys Pubescens forest:the SON in soil had significant correlation with the soil water holding capacity and organic matter(P<0.01),and had correlation with soil bulk density and moisture content(P<0.05),but hadn't correlation with available P and K(P>0.05).The SON in soil had significant correlation with the total N and microbial biomass N(P<0.01)and had correlation with NH4+-N(P<0.05).(5) The capacity of soil nitrogen-supply and the effect on the growth of Phyllostachys Pubescens:In the Phyllostachys Pubescens forest of artificial original stands,under different fertilizations, the content of SON in the soil of Phyllostachys Pubescens forest was different then soil nitrogen-supplying capacity was different.In the soil of artificial original stands,nitrogen-supplying capacity under different treatments was:the special fertilizer for Phyllostachys Pubescens>the fat slag of 45%>no fertilization>the fat slag of 39%;in the soil of natural original stands,nitrogen-supplying capacity under different treatments was:the special fertilizer for Phyllostachys Pubescens>no fertilization>the fat slag of 39%>the fat slag of 45%. Compared with no fertilizer,all fertilization treatments increased the average diameter of bambooâ…¢degree. The capacity of soil nitrogen-supply and the total biomass of bamboo had the same trend which the capacity of soil nitrogen-supply and the total biomass of bamboo was the highest after applying special fertilizer for Phyllostachys Pubescens but the capacity of soil nitrogen-supply and the total biomass of bamboo was the lowest after applying the fat slag of 39%. Under different soil nitrogen-supplying capacity,the number of bamboo shoot and bamboo,the rate of bamboo death and bamboo shoot and the biomass ofâ…¡,â…¢andâ…£had no correlation(P>0.05).
