| A experiment was carried out study to adopt spraying different foliar fertilization and GA3 under the regulation, the rule of growth dynamic, suger accumulation, suger metabolism-related enzymes activity, acid accumulation, Vc accumulation in fruit of Junzao during its development. The result showed as follows:(1)Before 100d after flowering, growth curves of vertical, transverse diameter and weight of Junzao fruit development were double S-type. Namely, it presented slow-fast-slowly-fast-slow. Growth curves of vertical, transverse diameter and weight of the fruit development of Junzao under spraying composite foliar fertilization, calcium fertilizer and GA3 were not double S-type, but on a parabola type. Composite foliar fertilization could promote the weight growth of the fruit of Junzao. Calcium fertilizer could promote the transverse diameter growth of the fruit of Junzao. Composite foloar fertilization, calcium fertilizer and GA3 could inhibit the vertical diameter growth of Junzao fruit.(2)With the growth and development of the fruit of Junzao, total sugar content and sucrose content raised gradually, reducing sugar increased slowly. From 90d after flowering, sucrose content always highter than reducing sugar. The sucrose/reducing sugar of the Junzao fruit was 1.8:1. The Junzao fruit accumulation sucrose mainly. Composite foliar fertilization and GA3 could improve total sugar accumulation in fruit maturation to brittle ripe period. Calcium fertilizer could promote total sugar accumuation in fruit development metaphase of the Junzao fruit. Composite foliar fertilization could improve sucrose accumulation in the maturity of the Junzao fruit. Calcium fertilizer could promote sucrose accumulation in crispy ripe period to full ripe stage. GA3 could promote sucrose accumulation in full ripe stage anaphasis. Composite foliar fertilization and calcium fertilizer could promote reducing sugar accumulation in young fruiting, maturity anaphasis of the Junzao fruit. Calcium fertilizer could promote reducing sugar accumulation in fruit maturation metaphase of the Junzao fruit.(3)As SPS activity, SS acticity of the Junzao fruit gradully strengthed, sucrose content increased gradully. Sucrose accumulation and SPS activity, SS activity existed very significant positive correlation, and the correlation of sucrose accumulation and SPS activity higher. Composite foliar fertilization could promote SPS activty, SS activity and sucrose accumulation in brittle ripe period, full ripe stage telophase to harvest of the Junzao fruit. Calcium fertilizer cuold improve SPS activity, SS activity in fruit maturation later to brittle ripe stage metaphase, full ripe stage anaphasis to harvest of the Junzao fruit, and for SPS activity's stimulative effect larger. GA3 could promote SPS activity, SS activity in fruit maturation talophase to brittle ripe stage metaphase, full ripe stage talophase to harvest of the Junzao fruit.(4)Composite foliar fertilization and GA3 could reduce total acid content and improve total sugar content, thereby improving the sugar-acid proportions in fruit maturation, full ripe stage of the Junzao fruit. In harvest time of the Junzao fruit, composite foliar fertilization could improve total sugar and total acid content, but reduced sugar-acid proportions. Calicium fertilizer increased total sugar content and total acid content, which improving the sugar-acid proportions.(5)In young fruit period to fruit maturation of the Junzao fruit, Vc content rised, and resched maximum value in fruit maturation; in white ripe period to harvest reduced gradully, and reached minimum value in harvest time. Composite foliar fertilization suppressed Vc accumulation during the fruit growth and development of Junzao. Calcium foliar promoted Vc accumulation in fruit maturation metaphase and full ripe stage anaphasis of the Junzao fruit. GA3 could promote Vc accumulation in fruit maturation telophase and full ripe stage prophase and telophase of the Junzao fruit. |
