In this paper, we used different concentrations plant growth regulators deal with grapes at different times, aim is to testing the morphological, physiological and biochemical index during the course of fruit development, discussed effect of grape growth regulators and the relation between them, so as to provide a reference for production practices. The experiment was implemented in Red Globe plants of Regiment 83 in the fifth division of the Political commissary of Xinjiang in 2007.Six-year-old Red Globe plants which were unanimously, arborous, tree form criterion, no disease and insect pest were used as experiment materials. row spacing is 1m×4m, GA3,6-BA,GA3+6-BA and Zeatin were equably sprayed on the fruit cluster at 5 days before blooms , 3 days after blooms and 10 days after blooms, then determinate the change of longitudinal and transverse diameter of fruit, titrable acidity, soluble sugar, activities of metabolism-related enzymes and single cherry weight, soluble solids, total sugar, total acid with correlation fruit qualities, studied the effect of growth regulators on grape fruit growth development and qualities of fruit, The result showed that as follow:1,In contrast , it was the most obvious that GA3 and 6-BA mixed treatment (T12:30ppmGA3+10ppm6-BA) impacted on longitudinal diameter of fruit in the course of grape fruit development, followed by GA3 treatment (T3 :40ppm),then 6-BA treatment (T10:30ppm), Zeatin treatment (T15:200 times). Therefore, GA3 could obviously promote longitudinal diameter of fruit. In terms of fruit shape index, the mixed treatment is the most ideal, especially T12,the changes in fruit weight were almost the same as the longitudinal changes when use it to deal with grapes.2,Sugar metabolism-related enzymes of fruit which was treated by growth regulators were significant increased in the process of the fruit growth , sugar accumulation of fruits was also affected accordingly: the impact of growth regulators on sugar was in the Turning-Color Period, accelerated the rate of sugar accumulation, increased sugar content. At early stage of fruit development, fructose content was lower than glucose, but in fruit maturity, fructose content was higher than glucose, T1(20ppm), T10(30ppm), T12(30ppmGA3+10ppm6-BA) and T16(300 times) were most significant, at early stage of fruit development and Turning-Color Period , sucrose content increase significantly too, then it continue maintained a high level, but the difference was not significant.3,Plant growth regulators mainly impacted organic acids of fruit grape at the early stage of its development and maturation. At early stage, they improved the content of organic acid of fruit. the level of some treatments were extremely significant when compare to antitheses ; in the course of ripe fruit, the differences are not obvious, but after fully ripe fruit, the whole treatments reduced the content of organic acids, comparing to the antitheses, the differences of T1(20ppm), T9(20ppm),T11(20ppmGA3+10ppm6-BA) and T15(200 times) was extremely significant.4,The content of soluble solids and sugar acid ratio of treatment grape fruit has been significantly increased, and they were increased with concentration change, it showed plant growth regulators could enhance sugar content and reduce organic acids content of the fruit, so that it can improve the quality of the fruit, and T3(30ppm), T10(30ppm), T11(20ppmGA3+10ppm6-BA), T16(300 times) were the most significant.
