Cottonseed meal is a high-protein feed ingredients, the crude protein content of up to 40%. China Cottonseed meal are resourceful, especially in Xinjiang reserve a large amount of Cottonseed meal, so use cottonseed meal as the main raw material of this study, but because of its high content of non-starch polysaccharides, the enzyme needed to improve the nutritional value of cottonseed meal. This experiment determination the non-starch polysaccharide content from different sources, compared with each other, then choose cottonseed meal as the main raw material of the study.Designed of single-factor test to determine the optimal NSP enzyme concentration of cottonseed meal in vitro, and the further use of the T-type fistula piglets determined the nutrient apparent digestibility. Provide a basis for cottonseed meal diet in application. Experiment 1:Measured different sources of feed raw materials's non-starch polysaccharide content from domestic various provinces, Russia and Thailand, total thirty samples. The results showed that:non-starch polysaccharide content of SNSP content far less than INSP content of the same raw materials, shelling materials NSP content far less than the NSP content of not shelling materials.Palm meal has the the highest total NSP of 498.99g/kg, the least total NSP content of Thailand broken rice is 16.89g/kg. The most abundant of SNSP content is cassava, reached 35g/kg, the least abundant of SNSP content is Thailand broken rice, which is 1.22g/kg, The most abundant of INSP content is palm meal, reached 484.36g/kg, the least abundant of INSP content is Thailand broken rice, which is 15.68 g/kg. Analysis of test results, cottonseed meal because of its low cost, high nutritional value, so we choose the cottonseed meal as the main raw materialExperiment 2: Using the in vitro method test the four NSP enzyme best activity for cottonseed meal. The results show that(1) xylanase optimum enzyme concentration of Cottonseed meal in vitro for both the SNSP and INSP are 4000IU/kg, degradation rates were 35.95% and 6.11%, respectively.(2) glucanase optimum enzyme concentration of Cottonseed meal in vitro for both the SNSP and INSP are 1000OU/kg, degradation rates were 11.12% and 10.22%, respectively.(3) pectinase optimum enzyme concentration of Cottonseed meal in vitro for both the SNSP and INSP are 3000IU/kg, and 100OU/kg, degradation rates were 12.11% and 13.42%,respectively.(4) mannanase optimum enzyme concentration of Cottonseed meal in vitro for both the SNSP and INSP are 4000IU/kg, and 600OU/kg, degradation rates were 131.54% and 16.09%, respectively.Experiment 3:Experiment 3 using 15 weaned piglets at about 14±1.4kg by the fistula surgery. The results showed that:(1) DM, DE, CP, NSP's apparent digestibility (p<0.05) improved in different degree by adding NSP enzyme.(2) NSP enzymes lead to obvious degradation of the cell wall, among which pectinase is the most obvious on effect of degradation of DM, DE, CP increased the apparent digestibility, were respectively increased 28%,26.69%,20.33%.(3)Compound enzyme on DM, CP, NSP's AD improved better than single enzyme, but for improvement of the DE'AD, Compound enzyme and single enzyme quite similar. The results show that,NSP enzyme has increased digestibility of the conventional nutrients in diet. NSP enzyme degradation the main component of cell walls, release of nutrients, resulting in improved utilization of nutrients, eliminating anti-nutritional effect of NSP and provide a good basis of cottonseed meal as raw materials in diet in application of weanling pigs.
