The Study is based on the the effects of the Non-starch Polysaccharides Enzymes with different activities and manipulation and control for the Energy Metabolize in the corn soybean meal based diets for broilers, and in the same time, the evaluation and prediction for the Non-starch Polysaccharides Enzymes have been researched with a two step in-vitro method simulating digestion .Exp.1 with 480 broilers, divided into 5 treats randomly, was conducted to investigate the effects of NSP enzymes on the performance and utilization of nutrients in broilers. Every treat was consist of 6 repeats which 16 broilers included in. In the base of the kinds NSP in corn-soybean meal diets , three commercial NSP enzyme with different activities were supplemented to investigate the effects of NSP enzymes on the performance and utilization of nutrients in broilers corn-soybean meal based diets. In this study, the corn-soy diets with normal level energy were took as positive control, reducing 0.2MJ/kg AME and add three commercial NSP enzymes E1,E2,E3 separately, without NSP enzyme as negative control. The results, indicated that the supplement of NSP enzyme were replace the AME in diets, saving the cost, improving weight, decreasing the F/G (P<0.05), and reducing overall mortality. In other hand, in the groups with low energy level but added NSP enzymes , the nutrients digestibility were higher than the negative control significant. In addition, the α-galactosidase and pecticase were less dramatic than others added in this experiment.Exp.2 was conducted to optimize the digestive parameters in the process of simulating digestion. Diets were digested in two-step in-vitro method ,and the parameters were determined by the maximal digestibility of DM. The results indicated that the most suitable parameters were that: the pH is2.0 and 6.5 separately; the concentration is 20mg/ml, 37mg/ml separately, and the time assemble of digestion is 4+4h.In vitro simulation digestion of broiler in Exp.3, based on the results of Exp.2 were conducted to investigated the effects of NSP enzymes addition on IVDMD , IVDE and IVED, at the same time ,build the regression model with the animal trail : Y1(DED) = 0.99921 VDMD(%)-0.3586, (R2=0.9133,P<0.01, RSD=0.6039); Y2(AME) - 0.8244IVDE(MJ/kg) + 2.3633(R2=0.8847,P<0.01, RSD=0.1093). The model is advantage to the evaluation and prediction of NSP enzyme application broilers diets.
