All-filming double-furrow planting technology makes the effects of keeping soil-moisture and collecting falling naturally and furrow-planting. Results show that maize yield by the all-filming double-furrow sowing is 35% more than by half-filming sowing in the same condition in different ecological regions in Gansu province, and potato-planting more than 30% yet. Therefore, the all-filming double-furrow technology as a sowing become a new crop cultivation technique in arid land agriculture and water-saving agriculture under the development of modern agricultural production. In recent years, the technology leads to a new crop cultivation technology revolution in the areas of northern China, particularly in arid regions of Gansu. So far, the ridging-filming machine has successfully put into production. But the planting machinery for the technology could not yet fully meet the requirements of agriculture. In order to solve this problem, the all-filming double-furrow sowing Punch-Planter for maize has been designed according to two-furrow fully-filming sowing, and the present conditions. The equipment is consist of box, shrapnel, adopting cup, seed pipe, opener, forward handrails, walking wheel, chassis, engine, transmission, geneva mechanism, duck-rostra driving mechanism and opener opening mechanism, etc. It combines intermittent motion of geneva mechanism and reciprocating motion of slider-crank mechanism organically, and intermittently advances in a punch planting cycle, so that the structure of the equipment is innovative. Overcoming the defects of traditional Punch- Planter which can possibly tear film, site wrongly and omit, the pushing tappet opener of the new machine can work vertically in and out the soil drop at zero-speed dependably at most low-end,and site accurately. The structural parameters of machines are designed and calculated according to the double furrow sowing maize agronomic requirements. And the duck-rostra are nested on the machines and can rack up and down, so meet the different sowing depth in the different regions. By using of my own designed reduction gear group which matches standard decelerator, power transmission process of the machine ensures the efficiency of power transfer, reduces energy consumption, and increase the machinery of economy and compactness. The equipment three-dimensional solid model has been first set up in CAXA physical design environment,and then been exported to virtual environment in ADAMS for simulation. The results of the simulation analysis achieve the designed purpose, and fulfill the all-filming double-furrow maize sowing agronomic requirements.
