Evaluation and analysis of the optimum scheme, Through ADAMS software simulation verify the rationality of the design.The parts in Solidworks 3 d modeling and virtual assembly, display size and position of each parts of the cooperation relationship. using ADAMS to dynamic simulation of simplified solid model, to obtain a hole opener track, driving torque and the camshaft by force.According to the ADAMS axis of the force as boundary conditions, in the ANSYS Workbench to carry on the transient dynamic analysis, After the simulation was carried out on the camshaft structure optimization, which is used to get the lightest quality at the same time satisfy the strength requirement of shaft stiffness.In the process of mechanical design, complete the scheme design, structure design, virtual prototype simulation and finite element simulation. The method of CAE and CAD software used throughout the design process, can provide a new idea for the design of mechanical design in the future.
